May 16,2024Very disappointed On returning our vehicle your agent rubbed every tiny blemish with his thumb which he moistened with saliva and forensically scrutinised the vehicle and eventually found the tiniest of blemishes which was not visible when it was photographed We were charged €36.60 for something that easily could have been polished out I would not recommend this company unless you take there excess insurance As we hire cars 12/14 times a year we have our own car hire excess which is a fraction of what is charged by the rental companies and this is the first complaint we have had

May 05,2024In a word Fantastic. Swift pick up from Alicante Airport 5 minutes to Moovers. Hired the car on fully inclusive basis took 10 minutes and we were on our way in new Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid. Returned the car 10 minutes later we were back at the Airport. Fully recommend Moovers to everyone first class service.

May 02,2024Really nice experience, they were waiting at the airport when we arrived, took us to the car lot and we were on our way. The return was also hassle free, quick check up of the car and then we were taken back to the airport. The customer service was excellent, good communication throughout and the facilities nice and clean. The price was really reasonable and on top of all, the rental car was brand new. Will definetly use again if the need arises.

May 02,2024First time I used this company. Great price for 10 days hire. Meet and greet at Alicante-Elche went perfectly. Mini bus pickup point well documented and easy to find. Office to pick up car 5-10 minutes away, very quick car pickup, efficient and friendly staff. Car return just as easy with very efficient and friendly staff and return by minibus to Airport

Apr 21,2024The prices are fairly good. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing regarding insurance was pushed upon us though it was offered. They do go over the car with a lot of detail both before leaving and on return though all was good for us. The vehicles were of a high standard. Considering reviews from other places and positive reviews here, I choose this place to rent, yes I will definitely return.

Apr 17,2024Just when I thought I had found the best car rental company, I discovered Moovers. We rented a Mercedes GLA and the car, the rental process, and the prices were just outstanding. This was, without any doubt the best car rental company I have come across, with a progressive and no-fuss approach to car rental. The return process was also stress-free - unlike many other companies. Thank you for your service.

Apr 12,2024From before we even left the uk the service was excellent we had a text message checking all was OK and to give them a text to let them know that we was walking out also before leaving the uk moovers had the check in forms all emailed to me so that I could have a hassle free pick up ( total time picking up the car was 10 mins ) the car I had was a 7 seater brand new only 1000 (Mi / Km ) on it If you dont want to pay a deposit or worry about any excess take out there infinity insurance this covers everything I highly recommend moovers I will definitely use them again

Apr 11,2024Easy service and accommodating . We hired a car online through movers after our original booking had to be changed due to flight changes. We arrived earlier than we had booked the car, I messaged them to say we had arrived early and they replied back almost straight away saying they would pick us up in 10 minutes. True to their word they did and took us to their office to collect our car. Easy service and very friendly we paid the remaining monies we owed and off we went . The free shuttle service they provide is an added bonus so there is no waiting for cars at the terminal or waiting to get out of the terminal . 5 star . Thank you

Todo comprado, excelente precio y excelente servicio. Usted proporciona su número de vuelo y lo recogerán en el aeropuerto y recogerá el automóvil en el estacionamiento 5 minutos más tarde. Son coches muy recientes. El coche que nos llegó sólo había recorrido 4.200 km. La próxima vez que estemos en España definitivamente volveremos a alquilar un coche de Moovers Mobility Lovers. Saludos, Agnes y Patrick. If you want to rent a car from Alicante airport, Moovers Mobility Lovers is a very good and reliable rental company. We have rented a car here for the third time. Everything purchased, excellent price and excellent service. You provide your flight number and you will be picked up at the airport and pick up the car at the parking lot 5 minutes later. They are very recent cars. The car that arrived to us had only traveled 4,200 km. Next time we are in Spain we will definitely rent a car from Moovers Mobility Lovers again. May 16,2024Perfect shuttle service , friendly staff , very thorough in the walkthrough of the car condition. Information regarding if help needed was all on email so you did not have a lot of physical papers . When returning the car again meet with friendly staff . And here the thorough walkthrough from pick up helps you , They will go through the car with magnifying glasses also under the car ….. 😊 But not a finger on the service and staff
