Aug 28,2023I recently rented a car from Moovers and have to say the whole experience was excellent! The young lady who collected us from the airport was really friendly and very professional and the collection of the car was very seamless. The drop off was the same and again the same young lady ,who had a lot of customers to deal with at the time, managed to deal with me and everyone else with great speed and efficiency and dropped us back to the airport to where we were collected! The car I got was new and spotless and great value and I have to say I would highly recommend Moovers and will definitely use them again!

Aug 26,2023Booked via a car rental agent and was lucky to rent from Moovers. Exceptional customer service from pick up to return. Upon return 2100hrs, gates were locked. One quick call on their Whatapps number and the employee advised he was dropping off at airport. Returned in five minutes. Checked car in and then taken to airport. Brand new cars, with very low mileage. Didn’t bother us, but there is a mileage limit to the hire. Check your local T&C’s. First class experience. Will use again without hesitation

Aug 12,2023I had booked a hire car from a different company earlier in the year for our two week holiday. Just before we left I thought I’d just check if there was anything better out there. I was nervous as the price (1/3 the price I had booked) and upgraded car (automatic SUV) felt too good to be true. The car was perfect (5k km) and had more luxury features than anything I’d driven before. I was a little nervous again that there may be a sting on the way back (we examined the car at night for scratches and were returning in the day). Again they were fair and there was no horror at the end. So not too good to be true - just too good! All staff we encountered were quick and professional - no long waits. Don’t be put off by a shuttle bus - it’s a taxi that will save you €€€. Thanks.

Aug 09,2023After checking out all kind of carrenatals at Alicante airport, made a choice for Moovers. When we arrived on the AirPort, the shuttlebus was allready waiting. Jump in for a short ride and there was a beautifull car waiting for us. The car was as new! Filling in the forms, waiting for some explanation and we could go. The car had all kind of luxueus options. Driving backwards camera, all kind of warning signs etc. By returning the car, it was all quick and the staff was again very friendly. I will certainly rent a car again at Moovers! I am a happy cliënt 😊

Aug 06,2023El servicio es muy bueno, están a 5 minutos del aeropuerto aproximadamente con traslado en furgoneta. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Además, tienes un teléfono de contacto cuando realizas la reserva y si los llamas te responden, algo muy importante en este tipo de servicio. Es la segunda vez que lo contratamos y no será la última. Lo recomiendo 100%

Aug 04,2023This is the first time I have used Moovers. I found them to be significantly cheaper than other rental companies. On arrival at Alicante airport the Moovers office is situated outside the terminal building, about 5 minutes drive away. They operate a minibus from terminal building to the office. On arrival at the office everything was explained to me, although I was asked if I wished to purchase additional excess insurance there was no hard sell. The vehicle was waiting ready, clean and tidy and the whole operation was very efficient. I had cause to return the vehicle early due to a change in our plans. Again the staff were friendly and efficient, dropping us back at the airport 10 minutes after dropping off the vehicle. I would use this company again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody based on my experience on this trip

Jul 30,2023Picked up from Alicante Airport promptly, quick shuttle transfer, easy check in at Moovers. Lovely new A class Mercedes! Return was straight forward + quick return shuttle to airport. Moises was very pleasant & goes out of his way to put customers 1st. Moovers car rental is definitely my no 1 choice at Alicante Airport from now on!

Jun 11,2023I found the website of the new company when I was recommend to try Spanish based Rent-A-Car companies. Moovers were the first to answer my questions and explain the T&Cs of their rentals. They responded by WhatsApp and was able to confirm my booking. On arrival the shuttle did the pick up and in 5 minutes I was at their office. As a fist time visitor I selected the Infinity Package which was excellent. For a car rental I felt like VIP. The cars are new! I highly recommend then to anyone arriving in Alicante and would like the freedom to explore Southern Spain

They answered so quick when we messaged for advice at any time including mapping locations. Friendly staff. Will always use them from now on as a frequent visitor to Alicante. Many thanks.
