Jun 29,2024La PEOR compañía que he visto, te cobran dos seguros, 1 en la web y otro en la oficina, también les salía en su portátil o tablet que teníamos que pagar 32 por la gasolina aunque lleves el tanque lleno, claro está que ERA OTRA ERROR DE LA EMPRESA, ahora mismo estoy poniendo la reclamación en la oficina del consumidor

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the rental process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle-free car rental experience

Jun 18,2024The meeting point to be taken to the off site car rental company was ok and reasonably quick turnaround. However, even though I got to the rental car depot first, I seemed to slip to third to be sorted. The first car hire was a disgruntled hirer who wanted their money back as they felt the extras were too expensive. The second one seemed to just jump the queue and took a long while to decide what car they wanted? They then sorted me out with a rather bashed up Peugeot 208 which had loads of scratches, dents scuffed plastic alloy wheel covers. So much so that the lady checking the car out had to take 51 photos for proof of defects. It was also dark in the parking lot at 11:30pm and the car was wet so I was reluctant with the choice. They then wanted me to pay an additional €75+ euros for insurance which eventually they let me decline as I had already paid extra insurance charges through discovercars.com for an all inclusive insurance package.

Jun 14,2024Fantastic prompt service. We were picked up from the airport and taken to the office. Within 10 minutes we were driving out in a brand new car. The guys at the office were very polite and friendly. Explained everything and had us away in no time. They took photos of the car and sent them to us before we left so there can be no discrepancy with damage on return. On the way back we dropped the car off, it was checked over and we were then taken to the terminal. Totally seamless service and will definitely be using again.

Jun 09,2024This was our first time hiring from Moovers. The service by the staff was faultless. They were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Easy collection and return. No hard sell and no problems. Special mention for Lucas who inspected the car on return. He was friendly and professional and didn’t drive like a manic returning us to the airport. All in all a very strong recommendation for this company.

Jun 01,2024I rented car here 5 times with full insurance. Last time there was a tyre puncture. I informed the company and one of its owners came and shouted at me about the accident and my guilty. I proposed to reimburse all expenditures possible nevertheless I had a full insurance. In presence it was emphasized that car is not clean enough outside. As well several times I was asked when my renting is over letting me know that it is expected to get rid of me as soon as possible . Sorry to inform. P.S. Client is always right. Any explanations are not a good excuse.

May 30,2024I recommend the Moovers company because the people are friendly, helpful and they make honest and good arrangements. The service is excellent, the cars are clean, the contract is clear: no hidden traps. And above all they are not at all expensive: 192€ for 2 weeks Toyota Yaris Cross.

May 28,2024We booked via doyouspain and we were ripped off by Moovers, they kept on saying that the car was not insured by doyouspain, while we did insure it via there. So after an hour of being stressed at that we would have to pay for the complete new car if something happened, we took another expensive insurance. doyouspain did not pick up the phone and afterwards we heard that there WAS an insurance so we threw away a lot of money. The man at Moovers was VERY unfriendly.

May 24,2024Met dikke 3 uur vertraging geland met TUI-vlucht Brussel-Allicante (oops, geen piloot). Gelukkig perfecte communicatie met Moovers autoverhuurbedrijf: bij verlaten van de luchthaven stond de sympa chauffeur ons al op te wachten voor kort ritje naar de verhuursite. Grotere, mooiere wagen gekregen dan voorzien bij bestelling. in perfecte staat en zeer comfortabel. Perfecte service, uiterst correct en vriendelijk bediend. Perfecte service ook bij binnenleveren wagen en retour luchthaven. Super tevreden ! We' ll be back ;-)
