Feb 04,2025I had one year experience with this company absolutely good and cheep over all uk. Some time they come late but always good . One thing is little bit crazy about arrival not present is 95£ penalty if someone is in urgent so what will they do should he wait for 2 hr some time above than that of assistance . If they can remove this this will be better . At the end of the day i have good experience also i take this year also in advance 2 month before cover start . My first experience was nice hopefully they will think about the 95£ of their non present or call and then not need of penalty because we want that no one beat motoring assistance .

Feb 03,2025I had a blowout on my way to work at approximately 07:15 today (Monday), I called Motoring Assistance, the call was answered within a few seconds (no online booking!!), within 30 minutes a recovery vehicle had arrived. I joined MA at the end of 2024, this was my first dealing with them, the whole thing was dealt with quick and simple. Excellent service!!
