Feb 03,2025First time had to use them. Straight away the operator out me at ease as I was panicking I had broken down. She explained step by what would happen. Within minutes off putting the phone down had a text to explain how long the recovery person would be and also a contact number. They said wait time would be 60-90 mins, but withing about 20mins the recovery person phoned me and said he would be with me in 15mins. The gentleman was so friendly and put me at ease and got me back on the road. Amazing service

Got a call to say he was on his way & tracking info to follow his journey. Arrived & diagnosed the problem very quickly. Excellent service throughout 👏

Feb 03,2025As a DEAF person I struggled on my first phone call. They were very patient and helpful. They arrived on time and he was just an amazing young man. His name was Lamar. He was patient, helpful and most of all kind. Nothing was to much trouble and had I had money on me I would have tipped him for his excellent service. Just a big thank you to him from me.
