STUGGLING TO LOG IN. GMAIL ADDRESS
First time had to use them. Straight away the operator out me at ease as I was panicking I had broken down. She explained step by what would happen. Within minutes off putting the phone down had a text to explain how long the recovery person would be and also a contact number. They said wait time would be 60-90 mins, but withing about 20mins the recovery person phoned me and said he would be with me in 15mins. The gentleman was so friendly and put me at ease and got me back on the road. Amazing service

Made a call to have someone come out & look at a problem with the car. Very courteous gent took the details & organised a company to come out. Arrived in just over an hour. Got a call to say he was on his way & tracking info to follow his journey. Arrived & diagnosed the problem very quickly. Excellent service throughout 👏
Just had my renewal from the RAC without as many extras as motoring assistance and they are extortionate by comparison! Motoring assistance are now my breakdown company of choice.
As a DEAF person I struggled on my first phone call. They were very patient and helpful. They arrived on time and he was just an amazing young man. His name was Lamar. He was patient, helpful and most of all kind. Nothing was to much trouble and had I had money on me I would have tipped him for his excellent service. Just a big thank you to him from me.
A polite, kind, clearly spoken person answered the phone and was most helpful. The truck arrived quite quickly with a kind driver who took us home and was very helpful.
