Be very careful if you change the vehicle. changed mine on there computer and it did not work and when I broke down I was told I was not covered, so I had to pay £676.00 to get my car home on a private recovery , and 6 days after my first try to change my details it still had not been done, so I cancelled it .
Very easy and speedy to get a quote. I was able to accept the quote, pay, receive documents very quickly. I did the whole process online. I hate doing things like this, BUT, I don't anymore. Highly recommended.

I paid £180 for a bloke To tell me he didn’t know what was wrong with the car. Turns out IT WAS A FLAT BATTERY and this company’s mechanic did not know that. Absolutely fkin disgusting. I’ve taken it to the highest level to complain. Ooh they wanted another £180 to tow the car to a garage. Remember all this for a FLAT BATTERY.

Terrible experience with this company. When I first bought my policy with them about a month ago, I called during the incubation period of my cover (albeit I didn't realise there was an incubation period but I understood they wouldn't be able to help in this timeframe) I then explicitly asked if we would be covered for any future claims not related to the first claim I made in the incubation period because I asked to cancel my policy then if not, but I was specifically told YES I'd be covered in the future so I kept my policy. Fast forward about a month later, I have a punctured tyre so I call them and my policy was DEACTIVATED due to calling in the incubation period earlier and had no contact from them at all this was the case. So they were just going to keep the upfront money I paid for the year to be covered, without actually being COVERED by them because my policy was deactivated with no warning?? They have issued me a refund but taken a £30 charge, even though it was misinformation of their behalf.

I joined this company approximately 8/9 months ago obviously with my car details, the first time I phoned and needed assistance they said that we're not coming out to you as your car is to old...they had the car details from day 1 the operator was rude and unhelpful. Once a week I drive my wife to hospital for her regular treatment this journey is approximately 62 miles one way using 2 x motorways M25 & M2 into kent! It's a bloody good job i wasn't left stranded on a hard shoulder somewhere, very disappointed in this company...I've since returned to the AA twice the price and twice the service 😡
