I was sent a used part that was purchased by someone else several months prior to me receiving the used part. The paperwork was still in the box from the previous customer who returned it because it didn't work. I originally purchased 2 different parts and have received a partial credit on one and nothing on the second part. The owner is responsible for the refunds I was told but is keeping your money so don’t bother, keep searching for another company! I never give bad reviews without seeing the situation to the end and giving the business a chance to make things right but I have numerous emails proving little response and no answers! The company returned my call right away the next with an update, the Post Office had lost the package, so another was sent out that day, I received the package in 3 days. The gentleman that I was dealing with was very helpful.
