Dec 05,2019Larry was great, efficient, and very helpful to me. I needed a Stanley garage door opener (remote) but I couldn't get it anywhere except at your company. Thanks. It was great to deal with a company that didn't dish out B.S. like many of the other companies do. And when I had a problem with the new remote, Larry gave me advice that immediately worked. I really appreciated that. So many companies have representative that will constantly put you on hold while they consult other people. They don't know what they are doing and are highly incompetent. It was so refreshing to finally deal with a man like Larry from Moving Up Garage Door Company who was highly competent, knew the product thoroughly and was willing to help me find a solution to my problem.

I paid for the upsize Springs for more operation and it takes less spring turns for the tension on the larger springs , which I would liked to had the instructions on how many turns but other than that ,they’re very good springs and had all the parts that I needed thank you.
