May 26,2016I ordered a replacement gear kit at about 10 pm for my garage door opener that broke. The following morning I received an email that the product was already shipped. I didn't even pay for expedited shipping either. A couple days later I received my order without issue. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a quality product with a speedy delivery.

The Website was easy to navigate and had all dimensions organized well in drop down menus for a worry free order. ******NOTE: Please seek professional safety videos if you are not well versed in working with torsion springs. They are not difficult to work with but they can be dangerous. Please exercise all safety precautions to ensure a pleasant experience.

May 24,2016I have a Clopay Garage door which needed Torsion springs so I called Clopay and they gave me a part number. They referred me to the Home Depot so I brought the part number to them. The Depot associate did not know what to do with the part number so we called Clopay together. We finally were on our way to getting the part that we needed however the problem was that the delivery was going to take several weeks. This was Unacceptable. I called Moving Up Garage Door Company and spoke to Chris, he asked me the door weight, and door Size then came up with the springs that were required within a minute. I called Chris several times with questions and he was very helpful. I felt really confident ordering from him, The springs were delivered within 5 days and I am proud to say that the Garage door is working better than ever. I will refer friends and family to them for their Garage Door hardware needs from now on.

Jun 06,2016The product was as advertised. Ordered for a 2 door and single door. Arrived on time for the weekend install. Nails and stripping arrived in 2 boxes, stripping was rolled up. The only way you can get 16 foot lengths thru the mail. You will have to Pre-drill holes for nails. Nails are galvies 3d or 4d not strong enough to set the vinyl stop by themselves. Every 6 inches is perfect for the thickness of the stop. Had reservations about using this stripping, it was thinner than what I had previously. But could not find 16' lengths at Home Depot, Lowes, other hardware stores and that included lumber stores and I was not going to use 2 - 8 footers for the 16 foot header. After install the reservations went away, looks great and works perfectly. Will do business again.
