May 12,2016There was an issue with the delivery of the part that was ordered. I called during their normal business hours and nobody answered the call. I left a message on the answering machine requesting a call back. I never received a call back from them. I had to track the package myself and deal with several different people at USPS to locate my missing package due to the lack of customer service in this company.
