Fantastic customer service from the team at My 1st Years! I recently purchased a lovely personalised item, but unfortunately the gift box it comes in has arrived damaged. I reached out to the team and was helped by Dorota who picked up my issue quickly and issued out a replacement gift box within days. Always order from here but this time I ordered gifts and the courier left them on my door step and someone has taken personalised kids toys my 1st years won't do anything about it other then tell me to contact the police which it's wasting time as states on the Internet its down to the company to rectify this I'm absolutely furious that this isn't being dealt with accordingly when this isn't even my fault!
I ordered an item but I made a mistake when personalising the item, I emailed and Dorota responded almost immediately to say it had been rectified. She also explained that on the shipping email it would still have the original personalisation on but reassured me that this would still have the altered name on the gift when it arrived. Excellent customer service thank you!
After a query, I dealt with Ewelina who was friendly, very professional & extremely helpful. I have bought several items in the past from My 1st Years and have been delighted with all of them. This time I purchased the lovely little wooden caterpillar for my new grand-niece. It looks great. Unfortunately, the lovely box was torn. I contacted the company. Ewelina offered to send me a replacement box, free of charge, by Express delivery. It arrived today in time for me to go to visit the baby. An absolutely first class customer service experience with Ewelina at ‘My 1st Years’. I will certainly use them again.
I bought a bag for my daughter but sadly the netting where her bottle goes had a hole - I got in touch and Dorota was amazing, so helpful & had me a replacement out within 48 hours. Couldn’t fault the customer service, best customer service I’ve ever received

I love My1st Years’ items. They’ve a great selection and I always choose to personalise the items I buy. All of their items are boxed beautifully and can be customised for that extra special touch. Their customer support team are always responsive and super helpful. Aleksandra recently helped me out with a query that I had and resolved it really quickly, ensuring I was updated, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend and will definitely keep returning when I need to buy something special for my friends’ children.
Would NOT use again and would NOT recommend to others! Got name train as a newborn gift , looked beautiful but wood snapped when 11th old playing with it …. Very dangerous with splinted wood. Contacted customer service , said there was nothing they could do as purchased 11th ago …. Offered me £10 credit - I was just looking 1 replacement carriage and would you as an ornament and not risk baby playing with it again!
Wonderful personalised wooden gift for a 1 year old. Customer service was fantastic. I was worried when I saw the gift box was ripped but after sending photos to the company they swiftly sent me through another with speedy delivery free of charge. Excellent customer service from Shannon and Geraldine. I have contacted them regarding about faulty product. They replied less than an hour and send me the barcode for return faulty item then next day my replacement has dispatched. Can’t wait for it.
