Bought Dumbo for Christmas present. Lovely soft toy. Unfortunately the sounder stopped working properly. Emailed customer services. Lawrence replied very promptly. Arranged for a replacement to be sent. Which was received today. Will certainly buy with My 1st Year's again.
Item looks nothing like described, it’s a completely different colour and when I contacted them they basically quoted their T&Cs saying their items don’t have to be the same as pictured, which to me shows they know they’re selling items incorrectly. The colour is also incorrect in the description. The quality of the product is poor for the price too, and again looks different to their website. Unable to get a refund as it’s personalised even though it’s not the product I ordered. Would never buy from again!
Hi I forgot to put on my message who the gift was for and from. I got in touch and was very quickly informed that it had been corrected. Lawrence was very helpful and I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently the issue was dealt with. Thank you
Shocked by the lack of service! Item was supposed to be delivered today, but has not even been dispatched yet! Contacted and advised it will be shipped in 24 hours. So won’t be here for when I need it. I asked to have the delivery upgraded to next day but basically just got told it’s tough by a very unhelpful agent called Dorota. Absolutely won’t be ordering again. Overpriced items so you would at least expect good service, especially when the issue is down to the company not being able to fulfil orders in the advised time frame!
Fantastic service Although my order turned up with a slight damage to the box ( due to delivery ) Lawrence very swiftly sent me a replacement box so I could present this to the new parents Much appreciated Lawrence and top stuff from my1st years 👌
Although the product was faulty when it was opened at Christmas (a personalised towel) - the customer service I received after my initial email was second to none. They offered to replace and send out a replacement by express delivery. Although this didn’t happen as the item was out of stock I was then reimbursed immediately. I will definitely use My First Years again.
Didn’t receive my order in the timeframe they gave. Got an email to say “thank you again for ordering, we hope you enjoy your purchase” but couldn’t email me to tell me there was a delay in shipping. When I called to find out what was going on with my order, I was told it “should” be shipped in 24/48 hours be dispatched. I have paid for delivery and no refund for the inconvenience was offered. I believe that’s the very least that should have been offered as a way of apology.

The cardboard personalised carrying case for Bluey's picnic set was broken after a week of being played with. Lawrence very quickly arranged for a replacement, also personalised. Many thanks
Lawrence was extremely helpful in quickly and effectively solving a problem for me when I made a mistake during an order.
I made a purchase and during my order the website automated an email that I have no access to therefore I cannot track my order. On top of this I was charged an extra £30 which is outrageous. I contacted customer services, absolutely no reply. The least I want is my refund for the extra money that was taken from my account ASAP.
Ordered on Tuesday and have received no email and it hasn’t turned up. Sent two emails and not received a reply to either. Was supposed to be a present but now it’s too late. Not happy

Excellent customer service, I emailed as I didn’t receive a confirmation or dispatch email. I had an email back within 5 minutes from Lawrence, he let me know where my order was and I received it on time. Thank you again Lawrence.
My sons chair got broken accidentally. The wood chipped and it wasn’t stable and attached to the arm of the chair. I emailed customer services and Valerie immediately responded and has replaced my sons chair. I have received a new one in express delivery.
Item arrived poorly made and poorly packaged. Item was filthy and stained, contacted customer service whose resolution is to simply send the item back for a replacement to be sent. Why would anybody want a replacement when the item is such poor quality? Just as bad customer service as the item that arrived. Won’t be ordering from here again!
