Quality of the items, details, packing absolutely top of the top. attention to details, something that I look at a lot. I also had unusual request for another order, it was handled professionally, Lawrence was super helpful. Way he handled everything left me speachless. Highly recommend . Will definitely shop again.

There were a couple of items missing when it arrived so i contacted My 1st Years and then rectified the issue immediately and the items were posted out on their express delivery service. Thank you Valerie for all you help on this matter. I have used this company so many times and will continue to do so.

Jan 18,2024Unfortunately my parcel never got delivered due to the delivery depot being at fault. Over 3 weeks of it being chased with the delivery depot Valerie from my first years confirmed the item was being returned back to them and arranged for the replacement items to be sent out within 24/48 hours. Valerie was a huge help and was so prompt at rectifying this issue.

Jan 18,2024This is my first time ordering from My first years and realised that I had miss spelt the name for my personalised baby blanket. Sent over an email and within the hour Lawrence had a response back stating that it had been updated needless to say I am very happy and am really exited to receive the item.

Jan 16,2024I processed my order on the website, entering a different delivery address to my own and at the last stage when I was offered to pay via Apple Pay, the delivery address showed up as mine. I emailed customer support to ask them to change the address for me and Lawrence couldn’t have been more helpful. He amended the address and provided me with detailed information to put my mind at rest during the deliver process. Super helpful, great customer service, thank you!

Jan 15,2024Placed my order on 25th December 2023. Order was despatched. However, lost by the courier. Got in touch with My 1st years and the dealt with my query so quickly. Lawrence was in touch and soon despatched my order again on a more reliable courier service. The customer service was amazing, Lawrence was very helpful. My 1st years items ordered are great quality too. Definitely will be placing more orders.

Jan 15,2024I bought a wooden baby walker with blocks in with personalisation for our first bay granddaughter. It can quickly and packaged beautifully. It was a Christmas gift, it wasn’t long before she started to bash the truck with one of the blocks and a tiny bit of paint chipped off. I emails 1st years asking for a bit of paint to touch it up as I thought we might get more chips in it. They were really quick to reply a very helpful. Basically asked what I’d like then to do, nothing seemed too much trouble and they very quickly replaced the part that was damaged. Which included new personalisation. I have ordered 1st years products before and would not hesitate to buy in the future. Special thanks to Valerie.

Jan 13,2024Great little company. The furniture is great value for money and better quality than expected. We had one small issue which was not any fault of the company, yet they could not do more to help rectify this, all while doing so in a matter of days in what I assume was a very busy period immediately after Christmas. A big thank you to Shannon in the Management team for that. Would thoroughly recommend.

The person I chatted to online was very helpful and I could not be more thankful for the service they provided. Brilliant customer service. Thankyou

This time I had a specific deadline I needed to recieve the parcel by and in the end it didn't look like it would be possible with the delivery so I contacted customer service and Lawrence was super helpful in responding quickly and allowing me to change the delivery address - much appreciated! Defs recommend for beautiful gifts and excellent service.
