Fantastic customer service and a lovely quality rucksack. I bought a personalised item, which arrived quickly in a lovely keepsake box. There was a small fault which I contacted the team about, within 3 days a replacement had been delivered, thank you, would highly recommend My 1st years, and will definitely buy from them again.

Firstly, what lovely products and great quality. Their CS is also great, I made a mistake with my order which was handled amazingly by Doroto who solved the problem quickly and without any additional cost! Fantastic...thank you Doroto.

Customer service was excellent. There was a problem with the delivery as Evri had attempted to deliver on a day when we weren’t there and then somehow managed to lose my parcel. This was all sorted very efficiently by Ewelina and my order was sent out again on a next day delivery which I received. I am also very happy with the items I ordered.

I ordered a gift from 'My 1st Years' and this didn't arrive on the expected date. I contacted My 1st Years and Dorota was able to check with the carrier (Evri) & quickly determined that there was a delivery problem and organised a replacement which arrived within 24hrs. The gift was lovely, and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. Many thanks.

Customer Service is amazing! When placing my order, I had put my home address but with my workplace postcode. I emailed in due to Evri returning my parcel and Geraldine dealt with my query. She organised a 24-hour delivery straight away. I couldn't believe it, no fighting, no back and forth just great communication and amazing service received from her. Thank you so much

I made a complaint on Monday about a broken toy. It happens After only a couple of emails back & forth, it was requested I return the damaged item, send proof of postage, which 1st years paid for & I received a brand new one by Wednesday. Super fast, super efficient. Very happy. Thank you 1st years & a personal thank you to Mary I shall be buying again in the future Kind regards. S Fisher

I was left waiting over an hour on live chat trying to clarify why the website advertised one price, then increased it once I got to the final stages of checkout. I didn't bother ordering from this company. I wouldn't trust them.

Emailed the customer service team with an issue, I didn't expect a reply back so quickly but to my surprise the response was a couple hours later. Mary Joyce was really accommodating and made the rectification very smooth and with no hassle.

I bought a personalised birthday gift from my first years 2 weeks ago and paid for 3 to 5 day delivery. Fast forward 7 days and the order wasn’t showing as ‘completed’ let alone ‘dispatched’ or ‘delivered’. Therefore, I contacted my first years via phone and spoke to a lady who informed me that the order should’ve been sent 4 days ago and she would chase this and ensure it was delivered within the next 48 hours. I asked her what would happen if the order was not delivered within 48 hours was promised it would be and in the unlikely event it wasn’t, I would be given a refund. After 72 hours had passed, the gift still hadn’t been delivered and after showing as ‘expecting awaiting to be received by the courier for the past 3 days. Therefore, I contacted the company via telephone again and explained that I would like a refund and quite frankly don’t care where the order is as this has been a hugely disappointing experience and a waste of my time. I was told that they would have to raise an investigation before the refund could be processed. After keeping me on hold , I was informed me that an error was appearing when trying to raise the investigation and that I would be given a call back and also contacted by email before close of the day. I asked what guarantee they could give me that I would receive a call back as I really had no confidence in the company at this point given my recent experience. I was promised that would give me a call back before closing for the day. It’s now 2 days later and I’m still yet to receive a phone call or an email as promised, although I’m not holding my breath. Not the kind of service I would expect especially from a large, popular and supposedly reputable company. However, looking through their reviews, I can see that other customers have had very similar experiences and this definitely isn’t a one off. I definitely will not be purchasing from them in future and would rather purchase from a small business who takes pride in their service and values customers as clearly my first years don’t…

My parcel was lost/stolen by the awful company Evri and this company have been the most useless for customer service. I do not care what policy you have, it doesn’t override my consumer rights! You are responsible for the parcel until delivered as I haven’t received it I expect a refund!
