Ordered a toy box for my grandson & didn’t like the font print of his name when it arrived. Phoned My 1st Years & spoke with Dorota who arranged for a new front to be manufactured with the font being the same as my granddaughters ordered a few years ago … the new piece was delivered within 3 days …. Exceptional Service … thank you ….!

Great website and products! Despite a problem with their delivery courier (package delivered late at night and left on the porch outside in the rain and open to theft, something which actually did happen) customer service by the team was excellent and prompt, especially from Ewelina! Well done! Customer service goes a long way!

This is a great website and they could not have been more helpful especially Melojean. I put the wrong shipping address on my order and Melojean updated it for me with no problem. Will definitely be buying from here again.

I just had to leave an excellent review regarding my latest experience of purchasing an activity Walker. The product itself is beautiful and is easy to assemble. However on completing the assembly we then noticed that a spinning disc which was a manufactured part was assembled upside down. I’m delighted to say this was instantly resolved with the offer of a new one being sent out by priority post. Mary Joyce deserves a special mention for her quick response and incredible customer service. Not the first time I have bought from My 1st Years and it won’t be the last.

A small issue with the product but after one email to the company Melojean helped me no problem and resolved the issue for me easily and quickly :) Excellent service and a stunning product! (Personalised reindeer bauble) Thank you Melojean for your help!

They have lovely products as presents , but their website needs to be clearer. I have had a problem ordering a personalised backpack that appeared light beigey colour on the website and arrived blush pink with my nephew’s name on it. First I was advised it can’t be returned as it’s personalised, but after a little bit of research and another email, Geraldine agreed to exchange it to another bag. I’m glad my problem was solved even though they don’t accept personalised items back, but I still wish they would update their website so no one else will fall into the same “pothole “

UPDATE!!!! Huge thank you to Melojean who helped me from customer services. Slight issue with an order, and have sent an item back and a replacement has been shipped within 48 hours of contacting customer services. I need to update my review, as unfortunately, things have gone downhill. Despite being told over a week ago that my replacement had been shipped via express delivery, I still haven’t received it. When I contacted MFY, I was initially told the courier had lost the package. However, I later discovered this wasn’t true—it was actually lost in their system. What’s even more frustrating is that they haven’t addressed the issues with my order. Today, I was offered the same solution as before: a replacement sent via express delivery—the exact promise they made over a week ago. I feel really let down. I’ve placed multiple orders with them in the past, and either had no issues or received quick resolutions when problems arose. What upsets me most this time is the poor customer service and the lack of accountability from MFY for these issues

The childs bench arrived with some minor imperfections, but after alerting My1styears to the problem via email, replacement parts were sent straight away via priority post. Geraldine, their representative, was very helpful and quick to respond.

I had an issue with my delivery once my items had arrived I emailed and Geraldine had dealt with my issue sorted it out really quick was really helpful responded quick via emails and kept me updated throughout the replacement items Services received was brillant I can not complain the customer services made me feel at ease within few hrs of me returning the faulting item after 24hrs I had my new items. I'm really pleased how my concerns were taken on board thank you Geraldine.

I ordered a personalised backpack and lunch bag for my Granddaughter and somehow managed to put the wrong postcode so my parcel ended up in a different part of the country!! Step in Ewelina, from customer services, and take a bow. Ewelina was fabulously helpful and sorted everything out for me and the parcel is now with me. Fabulous customer service and the back pack and lunch bag are absolutely gorgeous. Have purchased a couple of things from My 1st Years and both have been gorgeous.

I have been shopping with my 1st years for a while now. I almost always opt for this company when gifting anything for newborns or children as their stuff is nice and unique. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been terrible and the customer service was not a great experience either. The whole experience just put me off buying from here. I purchased a gift set which included a personalised bunny and shoes. It was received with the fluff covering the bunnies eyes which made it look really creepy and nothing like the pictures advertised online. Before this order I placed an order which included two of these bunnies which were perfectly fine. I also received two of the same shoes which is very obvious when you look at the pictures. I wrote an emailing regarding this and the person dealing with my query, Ewelina, stated that no faults can be identified. Looks like I won’t be shopping here anymore.

I had a great experience from costumer services to the product. I’ve been contacted by Aleksandra who promptly contact me to confirm my order and I received the parcel within 48h. The package was great as well as the product has good quality. Definitely will be buying more from them.

This is my second purchase now in a matter of weeks . The quality of the items are outstanding with personalization to add that special touch all with a speedy delivery. Due to an error with the system customer servicers needed to contact me . A lady called Aleksandra spoke to me she was polite and friendly and assisted me promptly with this issue absolutely exceptional customer service because of this I will 100% use again and recommend.
