We deliver most items within 2 working days, but heavier and bespoke ones can take a bit longer. We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. After months I decided to give a second chance as it came available again, and the whole experience was another level, Dan on customers services was so helpful confirming availability of everything, checking on order and was a fast delivery. The chairs are extra comfortable as well.

The units came exactly on date and on time, fully assembled and are fabulous! They are the stand out pieces in one of our newly redecorated bedrooms and everyone has commented on them. Until now its coming back to depot. your choice of delivery service is not good . 16October 2024 finally the purchased items arrived after so much persuasion from me and the help from My Furniture team . It was a stressful experience and suggested to change the delivery service

Oct 27,2024Purchased 2 Oriel bedside tables. Looked gorgeous, beautiful solid mango wood, but arrived and both were so appallingly assembled that the drawers didn't open or close properly, the mechanism scraped the drawers so they were full of wood shavings. Immediately sent them back and at least got a full refund promptly. But they should never have left the warehouse in the state they were in.
