We deliver most items within 2 working days, but heavier and bespoke ones can take a bit longer. We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. I purchased a bed from this company for over £700 and have encountered significant issues with it. When I raised my concerns, they initially agreed to take the bed back for inspection, provided I covered the cost of shipping. However, they later changed their mind and refused to inspect the product for potential manufacturing faults. As a result of using this bed, I now suffer from severe back pain and am undergoing physiotherapy. I have purchased multiple items from this company in the past, but the quality has consistently been disappointing. Items have arrived with scratches or poor craftsmanship, but I avoided raising complaints to spare myself the hassle of returns. This latest experience with the bed, however, is completely unacceptable. Not only are their products overpriced and of extremely poor quality, but their customer service is shockingly rude and dismissive. Is this how they treat their customers? They clearly have no regard for customer satisfaction, only for making sales. I will never buy from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them. Save your money and shop elsewhere to avoid the stress and disappointment. I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards for their unethical practices. Based on my experience, I fully expect a defensive response where they deny accountability or question my credibility as a genuine customer. This would only further reflect their complete disregard for customer concerns.

I can not believe this company. I received a piece of furniture previously. There was a fault but it was rectified. I decided to buy another piece of furniture to match the previous. I read the bad reviews but because I had no issues i purchased another item. I received it with NO PACKAGING and with in a week have discovered that the foam is faulty. Unfortunately I am unable to send photographs to the company as it will not translate. I've now been informed that I will have to pay £50 to obtain packaging to send it back (baring in mind I did not receive it in any packaging) and to rectify the fault or receive 60% refund. What a joke. Please tell me how this company expects me to pay for their fault and packaging? I DID NOT ask the courier to remove any packaging. As I have ordered before from yourself which also did not have packaging hence believing this is how your transport your items. What you and your courier are claiming is a blatant lie. I am absolutely disgusted. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. Please be aware. I have no option but to seek further action. Trading standards need to be made aware of you.

Excellent service all around. From purchase to delivery. Brilliant service every time I receive a delivery. Will definitely be ordering again from My Furniture. Very good quality furniture, even though I have never been into the store, very satisfied with my goods.

Firstly, customer service was not great...i ordered via phone and they mentioned it will be delivered on 19th Dec then a day before i received the message that driver is sick and it will deliver by monday 23rd Dec. I called them and asked do you have only one driver to deliver throughout UK? they said yes we have only 2 Vans and 2 drivers and we dont know when will the driver fall sick. Is this the way they talk to customer? But it was third party who deliver the Sofa which is AIT home delivery...then why did the customer service person informed me they have only 2 vans which will deliver? why is the drama ? and on top he is asking me - you didnt see the website when you order? it saying 2 weeks time frame! but selected the sofa on their website and called them to order...the person who takes the order is responsible to inform everything to the customer? because i was asking him twice about the delivery and he was very sure it will be deliver on thursday or by friday for sure. i have planned my weekend accordingly. Just because they said it will be delivered by friday i ordered from them. But the customer service officer is speaking as if i did the mistake. Please train you customer service people better. Secondly about the Sofa. it as 4 seater sofa and it not aligned properly... two corner sofa and two middle sofa.its like front and back. also there are sharp metal piece under the sofa which my baby got scratches from that. i feel not safe using this sofa.

Extremely good experience with their service and products. I ordered a mirror and radiator cover from them - both look so nice in my hallway. Also requested them to ship the item asap which they did (next day) without additional charges. Would highly recommend them!
