Nov 17,2024Ordering the item was simple and I received a prompt acknowledgement. This promised that I should not worry and I would hear more about delivery in a few days. Surprise, surprise - I have heard nothing further to date, 16 November. Placed the order, paid the money and nothing. Not impressive to say the least. I don't mind waiting a long time for delivery if that is what it takes but just tell me please! Update - 22 November 2024 Thank you for the eventual prompt delivery of a beautiful armchair, as ordered, brought by two very helpful delivery men! Well done and thank you for getting it right in the end. May I just add that perhaps look to re-do your advertising so that it does not promise that there is 'no need to do anything else'. This because the promised contact did not happen until I chased it. The delight in receiving a beautiful product made it all worthwhile!

Nov 12,2024Dining table was exactly what I was looking for, finish matched my six chairs. 3 months interest free credit was welcomed. Communication by email then the drivers was first class. Took me over an hour to assemble it but I am out of practice. Very happy with the whole experience, will shop with My Furniture UK again. 😊👍

Nov 05,2024I guess I could have given 4 stars as the delivery experience was not good but the company were very prompt and efficient at dealing with my issues. AIT Panther like to send multiple emails and texts keeping you informed regarding your time slot. I was given a slot of 7:45 - 9:45 the night before so made plans for the afternoon. I got a phone call saying they were 50 minutes away, then a text saying there was an issue and my item was being loaded on to an emergency vehicle and they couldn't tell me what time it would be delivered. As I'd made plans I rescheduled the delivery for another day only for the whole process to repeat itself eventually arriving 6 hours late. I'm pleased with my purchase though.

Nov 05,2024Delighted with my radiator cover. Delivery was extremely fast (within 4 days) It looks even better in reality. I'm not great at DIY but decided I would give it a go. I was delighted when I managed to put it together. Instructions were so easy to understand.

Nov 02,2024I've ordered effect wall mirror but it wasn't the one l wanted , l rang them back straight away and they said you ordered standard one , they put very basic information, they refund the money with £30 less for return, I was going to order more items but l just wanna stay away from them , Wasting my time ,

Oct 29,2024Delivery was rescheduled twice, had to screw in all the legs ourselves which for the price paid would expect them to come ready to go also a washer was missing for the screw! Apart from that we are pleased with the product thus far, looks very nice and good quality.
