Feb 15,2024Our trip to Budapest, Vienna and Prague has been amended by EasyJet by 24 hours, so a major schedule change, you'd think that would be an easy process to cancel the trip down in light of this and get the monies refunded..... But no.... After days of agonizing calls, countless conversations with more than inadequate staff I am still no closer to resolving this mess of a booking. No one will take responsibility and no one ever wants to pick up the phone and call me back, it's always myself having to chase them . I worked in travel myself for over 22 years, if I ever treated a paying customer like this I would be sacked and quite rightly so. Absolute nightmare . Peter O

Feb 09,2024Just back from a fantastic trip to Romania (Bucharest, Brasov, Transylvania). Katy made booking easy and we were given options that worked for us. Payment was easy (just make links don't go to your junk folder). Coordinating six women is a challenge in itself but Katy took away the hardest parts and was there to answer any questions and confirm details quickly. The trip was good value and gave us a taste of Romania, beautiful place, fantastic food & drink, crazy roads. Would definitely book through My Holiday Guide again and big thanks to Katy for sorting it all.

Sonya the tour guide in Romania was amazing with a very good history knowledge and she kept everyone engaged. 👏 She and all the guests even sang happy birthday to my son on the bus 🚌.
