Jan 22,2024Our rep for my holiday guide was Steven and he took care of everything, hotel , food , flights , shuttles , collection from airport — nothing was to much trouble and all stress was taken away and Steven sorted the lot .. we had a excellent time and will definitely use again.. I just can’t believe how simple it was - told Steven what we wanted and within minutes , had it all laid out with payment options Thanks 🙏 my holiday guide ( Steven )

He checked to make sure the trip details were okay so that I was happy with each aspect and found the best deal for me. Highly recommend. Excellent customer service thank you.

I have trusted this company so made a booking. The holidays were amazing. Accommodation, flights, and tours were booked as per my wishes and requests. Due to unforseen circumstances some tours had to be changed but she did not hesitate to fix it. I had an amazing time, where I had a chance to see northern lights and watch whales. Thank you Katy.

I enquired using the instagram app and was met with Alex. They provided a very detailed description of what to expect and a breakdown in pricing and what covered what in the package. Very useful and saved me a bunch of time searching through excursions and flights and accommodation etc. I’d definitely recommend if you’re strapped for time and need assistance with bundle prices.
