Very bad company .I had to phone them lots of times and emailed them about money and help would not always answer your call . They do nt help disabled people when they said they do .I am reporting them to WHICH and the ABTA about them. They don't nt help disabled people .

He was patient with all our requests and helped us get all what we wanted. Communication was excellent throughout with regular updates by email and phone. He surprised us with a complementary tour. Firstly can I say they are definitely the cheapest out there and I also booked all my trips and transfers to Blue Lagoon and Northern Lights with them also. Will definitely be using them again for our next trip away. Also can o give a special mention to Ryan who was very helpful.

I don’t leave positive reviews unless it’s really justified. I too was initially cautious as it was a Facebook link but was really happy I chose them 👍 I’m going to book again with then in a few months as there’s more I wanted to visit in Iceland

Apr 28,2022Booked through lloyd for 3 nights in Iceland, very knowledgeable and suggested things to do. Gave great upgrade options but wasn’t pushy with them which makes a change. Good prices compared to other companies. Seems to be negative feedback but I can’t knock lloyd or the company and would book through them again

We went krakow hotel that Mark booked was first class and a stone throw away from old town tickets for camp was also booked. Highly recommend and will be booking again .
