Recently came back from a trip to the USA which included New York and Las Vegas. Mark was my travel advisor. All the hotels were in ideal locations. He even provided a complementary tour as I booked it for a special occasion. Great value. I will always use My Holiday Guide for all my future travels. I have full confidence in Mark and the company

We have just returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris. From the word go Mark was very helpful & quick to respond to messages. I told Mark what I wanted & when & he did all the hard work for me. We had originally booked for Christmas time but sadly this was cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Mark was very helpful & sorted out moving the trip to April no problem . I was very happy with the service & price. Having Mark on hand to help & essentially do everything for me took the stress out of everything. I will definitely use My Holiday Guide again.

First of all I was a bit worried about booking through Facebook as I have never done it this way before. Aron was an absolute star and reassured me every step of the way and even took time to phone me as I was worried that it wasn’t a legit company. We have just arrived home from the most magical holiday in Disneyland. I am now currently booking again through Aron. So if you’re at all worried, don’t be! this is the best stressfree way to book a holiday.

After seeing the prices on the My Holiday Guide Facebook advert, I thought it must have been too good to be true. But I was wrong. I was looking to book a family holiday to Disneyland Paris so contacted My Holiday Guide. Aron replied to me straight away and answered all questions as quickly as I asked them! He provided me with several options available to us, which is great because it can be stressful if you only have one choice that might not suit. But Aron definitely took away all of the stress and was more than happy to tweak a few things to make our booking perfect for us. We were also offered a great payment plan to save having to pay it all at once. All the way through the process from booking to travelling, any questions I had, Aron was always on hand to put my mind at rest. When it came to the holiday itself, it couldn’t have went any smoother. The flight times Aron arranged for us were perfect, the hotel he suggested was also perfect and arranging the Disneyland Park tickets was perfect too. All at an incredible price that no one else could get close to. I couldn’t recommend My Holiday Guide enough to everyone looking to book their next holiday. I’m certain Aron will do his best for you to make it perfect. Thanks again Aron and everyone else at My Holiday Guide.

Robert was a massive help , he answered all our questions and despite us wanting to change the hotel in the original advertised deal, he was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. We booked a trip to Iceland and he arranged everything for us , transfers, flights, tours everything went smoothly and we were very happy. Thank you Robert for all your help.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Mark was very helpful and professional in arranging my honeymoon to Thailand. It's been a pleasure to deal with. He was very prompt in his replies, great at providing suitable options and the booking process was made very easy. I've got all my travel documents and atol certificate when I made the full payments. This agency was able to get me an urgent flight to SriLanka. Without Nigel's assistance it would'nt have been possible for me to be here. Quick and friendly service. Everything was sorted in a few minutes.

I booked a holiday to Disneyland Paris with Ryan. He guided me well throughout the booking. There was a delay in flight and he informed me instantly. We had a good family time and I have recommended this agency to my friends.

PLEASE READ THE BAD REVIEWS ON THIS SIGHT BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER BOOKING. I booked for my husband, myself, my daughter and two grandchildren to go to Krakow from Glasgow in September. I checked out the company on the internet, paid my deposit and believed that I had booked with a reliable company, who were ATOL protected. A few days later the Auschwich tour receipt arrived and was only for three people instead of five. By this point I had also received a wedding invitation on the original dates so had to change to the week before. I was charged £350 to change the dates and the flights were now from Edinburgh. I would have cancelled but then I would gave lost the £300 that I had already paid. I was being urged by Jake to pay quickly to secure the booking so reluctantly did so. Then the new Auschwich tickets arrived for five students instead of three adults and two children. Jake assured me that this would be amended and new paperwork would be sent. When it didn’t arrive I contacted Jake again who replied that I would need to pay another £250 for changing the dates. I refused stating that I had already paid £350 to change the dates, which was already too expensive, and would not be paying anything more. At this point, with no ATOL protection I realised that I was being scammed. I contacted my bank to investigate the issue and ensure that no future payments would be made. Jake recently sent another invoice, which understandably I didn’t pay. I’ve lost £650 of my hard earned cash and this company, if they actually exist, should be ashamed of themselves

Had great hoilday everything went perfect, Hailey was a godsend I'd forgot to book transport then realised contacted her and it was sorted I needed extra luggage contacted her it was sorted. Couldn't of asked for better rep she went above and beyond was super friendly and I will be booking with this company again because of her professionalism, Really made it easy and straight forward which I liked as booking can sometimes be a nightmare

I can totally recommend this company and guy called Barry. He sort out everything for us. Iur northen light trip was cancelled due to bad weather and there was No problem to get money back. 10/10

Just got back from a brilliant brilliant trip to Iceland booked with the help of Barry. Barry was patient with all our requests and helping us get all that we wanted. The trip was amazing, and I 100% plan to return :)

I booked our trip to Iceland with Tony. He supported us every step of the way with requirements for trips. Communication was excellent throughout with regular updates by email and phone. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking with My Holiday Guide again and using Tony.

I'm currently in Sri Lanka on a holiday. I have booked three holidays with My Holiday Guide and the agent who assisted me with the reservations was Barry. I have been booking holidays with my My Holiday Guide since April 2021, Their Atol certificate is authentic. I am not a person who will book a holiday without any guarantees, as i can see the person below is targeting a reputable company for her own gain. On my 2nd holiday which was to Iceland, Wizzair cancelled the return flight as soon as Barry got to know this he called me and booked an alternative flight and provided me an additional night stay at the hotel on complementary. I thought of sharing the above experience for anyone who is looking to book a holiday with My Holiday Guide, book with confidence. They even check on you after you reach the destination and remind you on any excursions that you have on your days. I recommended My Holiday Guide to one of my colleague to travel to Iceland. Hence, he just saw the below review and contacted me. That's the reason I took the the time to post a review. I'm not a person who posts reviews regularly. The person who has posted the below review is trying to blackmail a reputable company. I feel sorry for anyone who has to serve these kinds of people.

I booked a holiday to Iceland with Jake. It was for a very special occasion. I wanted this holiday to be exhilarating and wanted an igloo type accommodation. Jake understood my requirements well and provided me a wonderful stay at Panorama Glass Lodge. He recommended us few tours which made our stay even more worthy. Jake was quick in response and very friendly. The agency guided us well on the travel regulations and also provided us the links to look into if any changes had incurred. Holiday was covid protected and all travel documents were received within a day.

Long but worth reading before you book. Honestly just wasted a year of my time. I initially booked a trip and asked all the right questions during a pandemic ie - will I be ATOL protected. They assured me I would be & I screen shot it. Then I found out they had taken pictures of suites for a hotel they had booked me into and where I was actually staying looked like a hostel. When I asked about that they told me not to take notice of pictures 👀 Then they said any changes or cancellation would be free - but when it had to be cancelled due to coronavirus they made me pay extra on top and got a worse hotel. They don’t give you time to check as they say they need to take the payment immediately to secure it. One problem and lie after another I kept asking for my ATOL certificate to wait months and months to receive a fake one that looked like a child had made! Honestly wish I could attach a picture to my review. When I typed in the atol number to the official site it came up with nothing found. Given another which was for a different travel company & when I called to check they had no knowledge of it. Screamed scam. When I called (good luck getting hold of anyone btw) I was left in tears as just had a man shout at me down the phone and refused to refund me and offered only 50% back despite I booked an atol protected package which wasn’t delivered. I left an initial review here and as soon as that happened an agent named Travis actually called and said they were in shock after listening to the calls and wanted to make it up to me. They said the agent would have lost a few ££s in commission giving me the atol so made one up - then they said they can’t obtain it being such a new company & said they would sack they staff member which didn’t make me feel any better. I said I wouldn’t be travelling with them or handing over any money as I have already wasted the best part of a year - at which point they made it sound like I wouldn’t have to give them any money & they would refund me in full and they still wanted me to travel with them (too good to be true) but they were clearly desperate about wanting the review gone. After a few chats with Travis he said I could go on the trip in another hotel for £200 less (after many phone calls) initially it was more money than easy jet for less nights and that was making it up to me apparently - i kept refusing but he kept calling. I could still source this trip for the same price elsewhere but I felt like maybe it was a one off and he was trying , with it being a new company i said I would take the trip with them IF I was atol protected. He told me it was - then it changed to flight only ATOL (this was after they told me easy jet can not be atol covered) which is not true, then called me back and changed it to the hotel atol only covered. I said I’m not comfortable giving them any money & he assured me it would be paid by them upfront and I won’t have to pay until the week before to make me feel more comfortable- that way I can make any changes direct with the hotel etc if anything happens. Upon contacting the suppliers directly there was no money paid & was informed the travel company does this after!! So I really would have been screwed if any problems occurred. (Another lie) I was HOUNDED to remove the review - calls all times of day and night everyday until it was removed - I couldn’t do it immediately as I work 13 hour days. As soon as I removed the review I was back to getting no replies. When the dates needed changing again due to further coronavirus restrictions I sent multiple messages and didn’t receive a reply for over a month until I mentioned I would be reposting my review and not travelling with them. Straight away he wanted to call me then. First negative review I’ve left in my life. Shouldn’t have to do that to get anything done. Now I’ve just wasted ridiculous amounts of time, leave from work, been left in tears & lost money on trips & clothing for Iceland that I now can’t use - all for nothing. Would have been 100000 times easier booking myself. Not worth the time - especially when you can get the same from an established agent for the same or less. I have been overly patient knowing they are a new business but even the website is filled with spelling mistakes and screams scam. Genuinely can’t understand how they have all these good reviews unless they have driven them themselves. Honestly disappointed in myself for falling for it - purely down to trust pilot. I should have looked elsewhere before taking these reviews as gospel
