She is so patient and very generous with her time and I know this not always easy considering our life and work obligations. Mar 21,2024When lessons are rearranged there are always issues when the lesson goes ahead. We do not get the email link and cannot proceed with the lesson. Yesterday was a scheduled appointment ( not a rearranged one) and had the same issues. Due to this there has been no consistency with the lessons. I get charged 24hrs before but then it takes days for a refund
