Mar 15,2024I've used MyTutor for my son for over three years and the service has really gone downhill so badly. I'm planning to stop using it after my son’s exams this summer, but right now I don't want to disrupt his study schedule. I wouldn't recommend starting with MyTutor service. We had a lesson scheduled for 8:30 PM on 26th February 2024 and couldn't log in due to a system issue. My son and I tried to fix it for 20 minutes but had no luck. Customer support was already closed (they close at 7 PM on weekdays), so I had to contact them the next day. They refused to give us a refund and didn't even answer my questions about what to do when problems happen after hours! I was told my complaint would be passed on to higher-ups and they'd get back to me. It's been almost three weeks now and I'm still waiting. If you're looking for tutoring, I suggest finding a service with better support.

My son is really quite poorly but due to sit exams this year, I received a call from a lovely man who arranged back to back interviews for his history and geography subjects. (His school are providing his core subject tutors) My son chose which tutors he wanted, which was really personalised to him. Both tutors are amazingly qualified, super friendly and have kept my son engaged throughout his lessons. I now feel confident he has a good chance at passing both of these subjects which is fantastic! Jack (history) and Georgia (Geography) your utterly amazing for what you do, passing your knowledge and expertise on to my son, I'm so very grateful. The company as a whole is easy to navigate, lesson reports are provided, and I can't fault the service at all. Thank you to all at Mytutor ☺️
