Nov 14,2024Ordered dado rail from this company it arrived and had machine burn marks on every peice so returned for replacement and guess what it was exactly the same obviously something needs fixing on there cutting machine. So asked for a refund and was told I would only get 60% refund they keep 40% for sorting the wood. So they offered to sand the marks out as they have the correct machine to do it correctly, today it was redelivered for the third time and yes it had been sanded right where the burn marks were and only where the burn marks are so it now has a wavy edge like a dogs hind leg. Can’t speak to a manager just the customer service girl who can’t do anything. I wish I had read all the reviews for this company they send faulty goods then expect you to pay for it.

Oct 14,2024It's the second time we order from you and you screw up the time of the delivery. You probably think that people stay at home all day waiting for a delivery but we don't. That's not a realistic expectation. We booked a delivery for 6pm today and then got an email at 8am saying that the skirting boards were being delivered at 9am...! After a lot of time on the phone we managed to speak to someone who apologised and that said that they don't do deliveries at 6pm... well, we have an email to prove that that's what was booked. The person said that they would speak to the delivery people to try to find a suitable solution and we kept waiting. 40 minutes ago we got a call from the delivery people stating that they would be with us in 40 minutes... no one had called them to arrange a different time! I am fuming. Your lack of respect baffles me. This is the second time you have done this to us - I don't even understand why hubby decided to order from you again!

Sep 28,2024We ordered the primed bull nose Skirting 7x 3.0m. The top had not been sanded prior to prime so had to re sand and prime. I paid for the £20 quicker delivery and they arrived well over delivery day. The free option would have been the same. I asked for a refund of the delivery cost and absolutely got no where. Paid for a service that I never got Fraud.

Sep 27,2024Ordered some dado rail and some beading. All of the items were damaged somewhere along the lengths. Half of the dado profile did not match the other half so I asked for some more to be sent and guess what it didn’t match either. Time is money and mistakes by this company is even more money. I am now contacting my credit card company to try to get some money back so i can sort this shambles out. I even sent pictures and specific messages of what I need for replacement. The finish of the items is poor at best and I total recommend folk to steer well clear of buying from this company and source your products elsewhere. You will thank me for this advice as this company does not seem to care what they send and they’re meant to be the experts. I just wouldn’t be sending shoddy items to customers on a whim and not expect them to care or couldn’t tell poor workmanship when producing this utter crap they send.

Sep 25,2024Ordered some skirting samples, supposed to be free. But they didn't apply a postage label, so Royal mail charged me £7 delivery fee. Contacted them to complain, but they refused to refund me. Poor customer experience, will definitely never use this company

Sep 03,2024The items arrived on the described date but the quality of the finish was appalling. You could have filed your nails on the finish. I have had to spend hours rubbing them down and the shaped area now has no primer on at all. The description states that they are primed and I assumed that with a gentle rub down they would be ready for undercoating. Not the case I am afraid so beware!!!!

Aug 21,2024Was told the van had issues on Monday so would be deliveredTuesday (which was fine) called them on Tuesday they said there had been issues but they would deliver between 7/8. Delivery driver got here at 9pm and was very rude and unhelpful stating he had other jobs and wouldn’t get home until 1am.

Aug 19,2024Do NOT order from this company. The primed option is worthless as so much dust mixed in the primer that it has to all be sanded off and start again. Cost me wages to decorator for 5 days just to sand and paint with primer. Complained to company and told that their conditions state light sanding may be required, really unhelpful and not interested. Delivery delayed with no contact from company. Order 8 x 3m lengths they delivered 6 x 4m lengths. I did ask them to collect and issue refund as not fit for purpose. They refused. I’ve now instructed a solicitor to recover my losses.

Aug 15,2024Excellent customer service. Placed order with the free delivery (10 to 14 days) option. Delivery date wasn't suitable due to personal circumstances so they changed it. Received a call 30 min delivery. Skirting boards were as per description Thank you

Aug 10,2024Good range of skirting available but arrived damaged! Primed option is very rough and needs significant amount of sanding to look presentable! Also arrived late (states 5-7 working days but was delivered 9 working days) so carpenter was booked for the next day! Had no choice but to fit some of the damaged skirting / architraves. Company offering to replace them but not ones that have been cut, even though photos taken as soon as they were delivered.

Aug 03,2024HEED THE WARNINGS...... I DIDN'T AND NOW I AM JOINING THEM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. THEY WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR ITEMS! SAT HERE AT 23:20 WAITING FOR A DELIVERY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. I HAVE TRADES ON SITE TOMORROW. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER, I PAID EXTRA FOR A 3 DAY DELIVERY. I EVEN CALLED TO CONFIRM I WOULD GET THE ITEMS AND WAS TOLD DELIVERY ON FRIDAY. I GOT THE TRACKING EMAIL FROM THEM AND HAVE BEEN WAITING, ONLY TO READ THAT APPARENTLY NOBODY WAS ON SITE. SAT HERE IN MY FRONT ROOM WATCHING THE ROAD WAITING FOR THEM LIKE AN IDIOT! ABSOLUT SCAM, SHOULD HAVE GONE TO B&Q OR SELCO.
