Oct 14,2023Woeful delivery time, ordered on 7/10, paid £20.50 for an order of just £45, based on their own website claim of FAST DELIVERY, still not delivered as of 14/10. Told me items dispatched next day but it’s up to the drivers to schedule the deliveries, obviously wont come near me until they get enough orders to fill the van. DHL would have provided 48hr delivery for that price. How can a tradesman work with his customers with delivery times like that. I ordered a set of bifold doors, oak boards and oak risers from 3 other companies on same day, all delivered within 3 days and for less cost. Not really sure why i’ve given it TWO stars, I suppose in the fervent hope that it will turn up one day.

Sep 12,2023I am still awaiting an order to be delivered that was placed in Early August, I have emailed several times and been fobbed off by excuse after excuse, firstly it was logistics, now its cant source the product. apparently on 1st September it had been escalated to senior management, here we are 11 days later still no further forward. I required the product ordered to continue fitting out a search and rescue vehicle.

Oct 23,2023Delivery so delayed and absolute nightmare, been promised three times that it will arrive the next day with actual time slots and every time this company did not deliver. When you call them they say they don't know, it's up to the drivers to load the trucks. It's been over 20 days since I ordered and project now running late because of National Skirting. Absolutely do not recommend.
