Jul 29,2024Primer was really good, Ogee profile looks really good in our home, came super quick and team was really helpful with any questions I had about what I needed to install and they sold it all so meant I didn’t need to go to lots of different companies just the one, would return for the next time I need skirting or architrave.

Was told it would be delivered this morning between 9:00-11:00. 12:30 I messaged the customer service chat to be told they would not be delivered today. Only order if you want to spend £££ on delivery for it to take a million years to arrive!

Jun 24,2024Ordered what should have been a stock item - had to chase a week later. Promised they would be done next day - not done. Had to chase again - same excuse offered. Call back promised to confirm delivery date - not received. Had to call again to chase. Finally received after c 5 chasing calls. Product was of a very poor quality and i simply threw in bin and ordered from somewhere else. Very disappointed

Jun 05,2024Actually went to the show room to pick our skirting profile wanted something a bit different that you don’t get with your run of the mill suppliers great choice was able to match up with archive . Young man behind the counter was very helpful . Order arrived with in 48 hours actually got a text from driver to say he was on his way. We decided to have the skirting primed we were very happy gave it a light sand literally a wipe over to be honest I’d sand between coats as the professionals do. On my second order now

May 30,2024Giving one star because there is no option for no stars....Went through the whole order process, then was sent the wrong size. ordered 4.2m was sent 3m. was told that they did not stock 4.2m in this profile despite being able to order and pay for it. Order confirmation and invoice sent. They then changed their minds and said they could supply it but at an extra cost. I asked for the goods to be collected and a full refund made, they offered a goods only refund despite the issue being wholly their fault. It took a heated phone call pointing out their incompetence to get a full (promised )refund.. we shall see if the full money is returned!!!
