Further update following the vendor's second successive inaccurate and untrue response: No, I have absolutely NOT once received ANY documentation, other than the one-page wiring diagram (and even that took quite some doing to secure) You keep saying that the installation manual has been sent to me, multiple times. You say that you have sent “…the correct documentation for your specific vehicle, along with additional support resources.” Fine, please advise exactly how and when this was sent. Give dates and times of whatever communication was sent, because I have copies of each and every email (and Live Chat) that I have sent and each and every reply that I have received. The majority of the replies from NavTool simply either promise that documentation will be sent, or that it has already been sent, but not one single communication actually provides any documentation, other than one email dated 9 Feb 2025, 14:01 GMT, which provided: 1. One hyperlink, sent twice in the same email, which opens a PDF of a one-page wiring diagram. 2. One further hyperlink, also sent twice in this same email, to a video showing operation guide of the settings and menus. This video would be actually helpful in configuring the device once the installation has been complete, but is no help at all in actually completing the installation. That’s it. No other documentation whatsoever has been received either with the product when shipped or via email or chat or any other method since then. None. So exactly what installation manual do you have for the product you sold to me and why, if such exists, can you not simply now send it to me? And if you truly believe that it has been sent then please advise (a) exactly what was sent and (b) exactly how and when it was sent. Nothing other than the one page wiring diagram, and the link to the post installation configuration settings, has been received by me at any time. If you cared one iota about customer service then rather than repeatedly misstating what has happened here in Trustpilot, someone would actually reach out directly to me to get this resolved. Absent any installation manual and absent any genuine effort from anyone at NavTool to provide that, I can only stand by my assertion that NavTool, at least for vehicles where you have chosen for whatever reason not to produce an installation manual as you previously did, is a sham and a total waste of a not insignificant amount of money for a product that cannot be used because there is NO installation instruction whatsoever provided. None. You claim that your team ‘has gone above and beyond to assist’ me and yet the only real effort invested seems to be to refute my wholly accurate review on this public forum. Please... contact me directly to offer a proper resolution. Either proper installation manual (as you repeatedly claim has been sent but which has absolutely not been received) or a full refund for a product that, absent installation documentation, cannot be used.

The company spends more time boasting about how great they are and how many units they sell people, but ignore the actual questions. When I inquired about help I was given attitude and treated poorly. The device doesn't do exactly what they said it did when I inquired. Of course it's according to them because I'm not an "expert". I asked for installation instructions when I made the purchase and I was ignored. They will send you old videos that don't show you everything as "How to" or you can pay them to walk you through it? They specifically ask you to go through Venmo to cover the disputes you give due to bad products. They even threatened me with their legal department. When I told them my issues they stated that Its because I have no knowledge and hence why I should have paid a professional or that my vehicle is faulty, no way it could be their piece of electronics. If you simply do a filter for 1 star reviews or use a search engine you will find others with similar complaints.

I purchased my second NavTool unit after installing one in my Cadillac CTS. My NavTool has been stable in both hot and cold extreme temperatures and it makes a 15 year old car feel new. This second unit was installed in a 2009 BMW X5 which didn't come standard with a backup camera. With the NavTool, I have been able to easily add an aftermarket camera and can check the footage even while the vehicle is moving. Install was easy and support has been helpful at answering my technical questions.
Unfortunately an awful experience with this company had help with finding correct model for car purchased all went smoothly shipped to uk within few days great but then the bad had it installed by auto electrician worked couple of days had to message them regarding this belittled me very rude telling me has to be changed the wiring so had that done by auto electrician again and still the same would not work sent videos and pictures and still told me wiring had t been changed when it had asked for money back and send item back no response asked for an exchange kept saying wiring is incorrect unfortunately I had to go to card provider to help me with this still ongoing this was purchased straight from navtool not a 3rd party still have unit that is still faulty have direct messages from navtool and direct emails and order number and receipt straight from navtool
I purchased Carplay from NavTool. It was installed in a 2018 Acura RDX. It worked great for 3 months and then I started having problems. The system could not be loaded by the car system. It took unplugging and then plugging the unit back it for it to work. After dealing with this for 2 weeks, I contacted NavTool and was told I needed to update the unit. It again worked well for about 1 month before I need to unplug and plug the unit back in to get it to work. I contacted them again and was told I needed another update. I updated and the unit ran well for 1 week. I was then back to unplugging and plugging the unit back in to work. I contacted NavTool again and told them I wanted to return the unit for a replacement or refund as I had only had the unit for 7 months. They said that they would send me an email on how to return. I never received an email. It took me over 1 week to actually contact someone to get this issue resolved. I was told that the problem was my gmail (I have no other problem getting emails from anyone else including loads of spam!). I finally got instructions on where to return the unit and was told they would contact me. 2 weeks after they received, I still had no response! This is terrible customer service and a product that has not worked consistently in my vehicle as advertised. The real problem was unless I pay the installer to remove the unit and put the wiring back to original, my back up camera doesn't work. 2 weeks was more than enough for them to replace or repair the unit. I was finally reached them, they said they were waiting for a part. I told them they needed to refund my money or I would publish this review. They then told me that my warranty was void. They also informed me I needed to contact them through their legal department, for any further communication. They returned the unit which still did not work! I wasted all that money and have a unit that does not work. I also had to pay the installer to remove the unit. Conclusion, if you have a problem with this product, customer service is poor. They will not back their warranty. If you press them they void your warranty and you must deal with their legal department. You will also see that they have similar claims against them with the better business bureau for the same response to others with a problem. Now they respond to my review stating "I did not buy the unit from them", but I have a receipt with PO # 14104348 dated 9/28/2023. I would post a redacted copy online if the review allowed. I bought the unit directly from them. The lies continue instead of providing good customer service and standing behind their warranty.

Excellent product! So clear, easy to understand and use. I love music and this has a lot of music app choices to choose from. The GPS feature is a lifesaver because I get lost easily.
NavTool's great little explanatory video shows off all the cool assets that come with this feature! NavTool looks to be pretty simple and easy to use.
I love the fact that it has so many feautures. I also like that you can install it yourself.
All in all the NavTool is a very intriguing and helpful product that I'd recommend to others who drive. I think it can be utilized in various ways, and it provides a safe opportunity for users to have access to the same applications they have on their phones/computers while they're in their cars. Listening to music, making a phone call, or even tuning into an audiobook while on the road has become much more practical with tools like this!
The world is truly becoming a better place. People trying to access their phones while driving has been a serious issue. This product allows everything to available on our steering wheel and dahsboard! Incredible.
I really admire the ease of installation. I'm not the best with my hands, but even I was able to install it on my own. And it didn't take too long either, at most half an hour.
I like how the Apple car play is for any vehicle. I love the fact that it integrates with the cars factory screens and controls, maintaining its original dashboard look.
I would love to have this product in my car for sure, but it would have been great to see a short clip about how to install it because I have no clue. I also missed out on a couple of information written right at the top of the video because the whole video went so fast and he was talking fast too. I like the fact that this can be installed on not just the newer cars but on any car.
The NavTool was a game changer. To use my map application, I had to hold my phone in one hand and drive with the other. Having the ability to use Apple CarPlay has made it my driving better with both hands on the wheel.
