Apr 18,2025I had a positive experience with NACA's Best in America mortgage program. While the qualification process can be tedious, the benefits of getting below-market rates without closing or down payment costs make it worthwhile. My first counselor wasn't very responsive, which was frustrating, but I was fortunate to get an engaged and beneficial new counselor. I truly feel blessed to have this opportunity to become a homeowner through NACA. Highly recommend!

So far, the process has been smooth for my husband and I, our counselor has been amazing throughout the process. 10/10 recommend!!

I restarted the process once again January 2025 with counseling from Sharlene Slater and the process is moving quickly and smooth. I feel blessed to have reconnected with NACA. Suze Johnson

I appreciated the honesty and financial lesson that she provided me. I would recommend her as a counselor to anyone. She takes the guess work out of the NACA process and I appreciate and value that.
