The people (NACA staff ) I met to get assistance and approved was amazing, everyone was helpful, willing to listen all my bunch of questions. Their energy is incredible. Hopefully NACA will make peoples dream to be happen.

Ellen Peterson is my lending counselor and she's the best. She walks you through every step and provides clear instructions on what I need to do to complete my process. I highly recommend NACA and Ellen.

Nov 13,2023Originally, joined NACA in 2021 and completed my initial intake appointment on 5/2021. Due to unforeseen family circumstances, I was not to continue with the program after receiving my initial action plan. On 11/7/2023 I met with my new Counselor, Antonio Coronado, and restated my future homeowner journey. My counselor was very thorough, knowledgeable, detailed, and very informative. After the meeting, I felt confident and positive about my opportunity to achieve homeownership as a single mother of 5 with only a single income. Thank you, NACA!!

Nov 09,2023I'm a first-time home buyer and getting a mortgage loan approval from banks and private lenders has been a challenge. I came across the NACA program and I couldn't believe it offers reasonable loans without factoring in your credit score. In addition, there are no down payments and closing costs associated with the program. This is a program that indeed puts the buyers first. My counselor, Tichi Eppes has been great in guiding me through the process.

Nov 03,2023My friend told me about the NACA program and how great it is. I started my process a few months ago. My counselor was very helpful in my first counseling session. He gave me tasks that need to be completed (which weren鈥檛 many). I have my second counseling session coming up soon. This process may be a little longer than the traditional loan, but well worth it in the end. Hopefully, I鈥檒l be qualified soon. Wish me luck! 馃馃従

Oct 19,2023I will just like to say, after researching this program i knew that it was going to be a long process. I am not very patient but I work hard to trust God's timing and not mine. I did have to upload a LOT of documents and I am still in the process of uploading document, however, I am am not a quitter and trust that it is God's will. Now, as far as the process, if you give them everything they are asking for the process will not take long. I am currently meeting with a great counselor right now and she has been very patient as well as persistent to getting me into a home. She is very knowledge about the process and she contacts me almost everyday with updates and I appreciate it. I think this will be a great program for anyone who is willing to put in the work and be patient. I am very satisfied with the progress I have made so far. My next review will be actually closing on my new home.

Oct 18,2023I was super excited for my interview. Antonio is my counselor, he was patient with me and provided me with good information I can use during my process of becoming a homeowner. He is very knowledgeable and I鈥檓 grateful to have him as my counselor. NACA is for the people if you haven鈥檛 started the NACA process please do. Easy to do as long as you have your documents ready to submit

Oct 15,2023This process has been a long one, but mainly due to me procrastinating. However, I am now more than ready to see the benefits that the program has to offer. I hear some great things and ready to take advantage. My counselor is great, but I feel like every appointment something new was required which ultimately made me give up briefly. Now I am back to see things through.

Oct 14,2023I'm a few months into the process and it has been tedious but Im soooo close to being ready. I can see the end result being so rewarding. I have a great counselor. She explained everything is detail and was very patient. Proces is thorough but Im organized for the most part so paperwork is not hard for me. I highly recommend.

Nov 19,2023I attend to the November 18th workshop. I was able to be seen right a way by a counselor. And my counselor ( Ellen Petter) was amazing. She went above and beyond to help get me approved all in the same day. I would recommend the program to all my programs to my friends and family.
