Sep 18,2023I cannot express how delighted I am with the NACA homebuying process. First, I attended the informative 4-hour initial webinar, and was assigned a NACA ID, which marked the start of this exciting journey. Next, I completed the packet within the member portal, including all the necessary documents such as check stubs, W2's, and tax returns for the past two years. Finally, I had a one-on-one Zoom meeting giving me a chance to discuss my unique situation and understand what more was needed from me. The ease of getting started and the support you receive along the way are second to none. I am looking forward to the rest of this journey with confidence, knowing that I have a fantastic team by my side.

Sep 07,2023NACA is not for everyone. You have to be patient and trust the process. Antonio Coronado is one of the best Mortgage Counselor in my opinion. He's patient and will make sure everything is right with your file so that you are approved. The risk you take with NACA is worth the reward.

Sep 06,2023I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am grateful that I’m going to be a homeowner really soon! It takes hard work on both ends to understand and do what is asked of you in order to complete all your paperwork. I didn’t think that my counselor was on my side and I thought she was a negative person. Today, our meeting was great and I enjoyed every minute of our conversation. She was positive and very helpful. Thank you!

Aug 31,2023I am currently going thru the NACA program and my experience thus far has been stellar. You will need to uploaded requested documents a few time but overall everything is seamless. I had my first counselor session and my counselor was very knowledgeable and friendly.
