Nov 06,2024I can’t say enough good things about working with India Mitchell She was extremely helpful throughout the entire loan process, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. As an African American borrower, I faced additional challenges even though I had a strong credit score and a solid financial profile. Since this was my second mortgage, I was aware of the hurdles, but India fought on my behalf and made it her mission to get me approved. Her dedication and expertise made a difficult and sometimes discouraging process much easier, and I truly felt she was in my corner every step of the way. I highly recommend India Mitchell to anyone looking for a lender who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile to make a difference.

Nov 05,2024Cody our loan officer was great to work with. He went above and beyond to get my refinance completed in the time frame I needed. The company was upfront about everything throughout the whole process. The company work as fast as possible to get things done and never backed away. From start to finish with a few hiccups on my end the whole process took a little over 45 days to complete the closing.

Nov 05,2024- I worked with Ryan Barkley. - Despite me having filled out their online form for a home equity loan, their system showed me as applying for a refinance. - Despite me having entered all the information and provided all the documentation your system asked for, I had to repeat most things to Ryan, which was highly inefficient. When I asked him about having input the information before, he stated that "it's probably somewhere in the system" so I guess he could just not be bothered to look. - Ryan told me he had all the information and would call me back in 20 minutes with options. I get an e-mail from his manager hours later that he had been informed that I would be working with another lender and wishing me good luck. So not only did Ryan not keep his promise of a simple callback, but when they can't help you or decide not to work with you (not sure which since they never told me what happened), you get a form e-mail with no useful information. Based on the above, I would not recommend this lender to anyone and I am shocked how many 4+ star reviews they have online as I had checked them out before giving them a try.

Nov 05,2024Gino's team did a great job of making the mortgage approval and funding process as smooth and efficient as possible. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, they stuck to deadlines and were very efficient in collecting information as well as processing and approving our loan application. I feel they were reasonably competitive with other options, but their follow up and customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend!

Walked me through every step and made sure I understood before moving to the next step. Huyen Nguyen was terrific as well again made sure I understood everything before moving to the next step. Overall a very pleasant experience would recommend both Lewis and Huyen to anyone who was looking to refi or obtain a mortgage. Extremely good customer service. Well Done!!!

Nov 16,2024I had some issues pop up with my credit and these guys helped me understand and also helped me with a solution! It was very transparent and communication was outstanding! Most documentation was done online and was very simple. The final paperwork they had a person come to me for signing. Everything was seamless and transparent through the whole process. Very highly recommend this company for any mortgage needs
