Oct 17,2024New American Funding are liars. My sister applied for a loan for a new home and was denied for a conventional loan. She knew she would be but he insisted. She did understand that she could be approved for an FHA. Senior loan officer (whom I am not allowed to name because of the guidelines of this site) in California said he would allow her to apply for an FHA loan and 2 hours later told she she was denied. He NEVER applied as FHA loans take anywhere from 30-60 days to get an approval or denial. He is a scam artist. He only provided the denial for the conventional loan. I can’t imagine how many people could have been approved for an FHA but these fake people can’t be bothered with the FHA loan application process that they advertise and offer. STAY away! My sister Lyssette requested they apply for an FHA loan and it was all a lie. I have proof but I can share but this does not allow me to attach the senior loan officer’s response.
