Took care of funding very quickly after our closing. Our realtor also said they were great to work with. One final thing, I really like that they hold and service the loans rather than selling them to some other random company.

Dec 23,2024Sammy Lopez is a top tier agent. He has great communication. I would hear from him at appropriate intervals with explanations on where I am at in the process and what to expect next. He made himself readily available as well as answered all my question. I'm new to the mortgage process but he made it so easy, that I felt secure throughout. If you are allowed to request an agent choose him. (Sammy for your sake I hope you’re licensed in all 50 states) excellent work. You are God sent.

Dec 21,2024Process was disappointing except for Jesse Garcia. The loan processor hardly communicated. The closing happened at 9:30pm at night. Then several days later we had to sign additional papers with the notary. NAF did not reach out after the closing(except for Jesse) about how the closing went.
