Dec 04,2024After if having this company manage my mortgage everything was good until the end of year they didn't pay my local city taxes until I had to call them twice. Then they didn't pay my county taxes until I called them. Now it seems they raised my mortgage 680.00 a year to cover the penalties they caused by not paying. this should have been settled the day of settlement we had a contract which now they think they can just raise my mortgage because they messed up I've had 3 other mortgages before this and I have never had this much trouble. Now all I want is them to sell my mortgage to another vendr. I'm speaking to the govt to make this so. Not sure how it got this bad but I will never use them again and I suggest you all do the same. Funny thing is I can't put this review on their site. I'm blocked reviewing there. sell my mortgage to someone who isn't terrible at their job

They answered every question with clarity and professionalism, guiding me through each step of the process with patience and care. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to close my VA Refi almost exactly a year after my mother underwent a 14-hour surgery for terminal metastatic cancer. She sadly did not survive. Her house—the first she’d ever purchased on her own after my father’s sudden passing—was in a reverse mortgage. This home holds immense sentimental value to me, and I cannot thank the team at New American Funding enough for helping me save it. Their work means the world to me.
