As a Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator, I have been highly impressed by NEXTT's approach to tailoring support for people with a Psychosocial Disability and their ability to collaborate not only with individual participants, carers and kin, but also the support provided to their staff. Nov 16,2022My five star review, goes without being said. If there was a 10 star rating system, CRM Casey Mahu would receive this without hesitation. Casey has been by far, in my 3 and half years as a committed Support Worker with Nextt. One of, the most interactive, supportive, empathetic, approachable CRMs at Nextt Brisbane office. Casey always goes above and beyond and communicates effectively with our participants, their families and us as Support Workers. Her communication messages are always received and understood with clarity and purpose. Appreciate you Casey😊. Thank you, for all you do for our participants and their families.

Scheduling team always been very helpful and understanding when you need change your roster due to family commitments or in an emergency situation. Very much appreciated Alison and Sharna! Casey Mahu is the main person I work with and one of things that I really enjoy working with her is she is VERY APPROACHABLE. She also communicates effectively with us as support workers in regards to any changes in a client’s plan/situation or changes in a policy, she make sure the message is received and understood with clarity and purpose. Information is accessible and clients' details are neatly and properly documented. Regular training is given to staff and this helps clients to receive the service required. All in all, being Nextt family is really advantageous.

Marissa has been a great leader and very on to it when communication is needed to get through to the team. Monthly meetings are set up to keep all staff in the loop to be on top for our participant/s needs. Nextt have great leaders who keep the teams accountable. Nextt roster team are very flexible and work around your availability. When In need of personal time off or have emergency family commitments- Alison, Sharna and roster team are on to it to make sure all individuals have a SW on site. Thank you Nextt, appreciate the amazing co-workers I have come across, your work does not go unnoticed.
