I called to cancel service, support worker was not advised. No communication between staff. Support Worker that I did have on a few occasions was great.
I would like to give you a good review but since you haven't sent anyone for over two months and no calls to explain why or even a heads up that no one was coming its a bit hard to give you a good review

The staff are reliable and kind 2 me with my woes at times & has given me the stability i needed..lately we go on excertions 4 lunch..seights & walks..meeting with friends in a bus with a jolly team leader Matt.

The support worker gets 5 stars, the COS gets 1. Therefore the mean is 3. Luckily I see a lot more of the carer!
