The carers coming in are very polite and ask frequently if they can help around the home with any kind of task
Always late have no understanding of mental health issues just an agency that exploits government money

The service has been wonderful and the staff allocated to assist me have been friendly courteous and knowledgeable in regard to patients with spinal cord injuries similar to or worse than my own.
Very disappointed with the outcome, was very clear with referral and end result was disappointing. Nextt advised they could not provide services after working with participant via zoom and building relationships.
Stuart was lovely to deal with and listened to my feedback.

Very professional and caring. All support workers are highly experienced.
The initial contact and discussions were excellent and I felt really confident that Nextt would be a good provider for my autistic son. We had to pause supports because of a local covid19 outbreak (a family member is immune compromised) and when i contacted (first attempt by phone then email) Nextt to go ahead with supports once the outbreak was under control, they didn't reply and I am revising whether this is the right provider for us. If it is a struggle just to communicate then it suggests there are issues within the organisation in whom I am supposed to trust to support a vulnerable family member. We struggle enough as it is so it was a real disappointment and has put me off.
I am totally blessed with the support and help that I get from NEXXT. From the time I get out of bed, till the time I go back to bed. With my rare medical condition, I need a lot of help in my daily needs from draining my catheter to my bowel movements in my pad or if i am lucky on the toilet. Preparing my food, clothing me, washing my clothes, and keeping the apartment clean. I am limited in what I can do being in a wheelchair and I can't even stand up without help. My carers are wonderful and they listen to my needs when I say something. I can't even get into and out of my bed without their help. I do not have the muscle strength to complete these tasks. I also get a lot of spasms when I move about and they are near me to help when I call them. My nerves on the surface of my skin are so sensitive to touch that sometimes I jump with spasms when being helped. They recognise what is going on and have the patience to wait it out and then move forward again. I am also thankful for my transportation to my appointments and a few shopping adventures. they are an excellent company to work with
Its been hard with the lock-down in Victoria,due to the Coronavirus (covid-19). Looking after my mental heath has been challenging ,but with my worker from Nextt who has been my only visitor to come to my home . Has been my life saver right thou all of this with his humour, sensitive and caring ways with me. Also when I needed help with getting some face masks ,my coordinator from Nextt organize that and had them drop to my house. i
Dealing with nextt has always been pleasant. The staff are caring and listen to any concerns you may have about the care you’re receiving. The support worker through nextt is wonderful and in it because they’re passionate about helping others not just a job.
The service is good, communication is good. Overall we are happy
