Taylor and her team always do their best to understand and meet your needs. I have very specific needs and I'm always made to feel at ease when booking transport. I really appreciate that someone contacts me after a new service to see how it went. Thanks heaps

Amazing organisation that's able to adapt the clients specific needs. Well supported staff with a cooperate structure that willing to go the extra mile so the client has the best possible outcomes regardless of their personal situation

The NEXTT team made my transition from aged care to my own home so smooth that it was almost hard to believe such a big change had happened. The support I have received from Litza, Raj and the entire team has made a immense difference in my life that its had to imagine that life even existed before NEXTT. The support I'm receiving is second to none. The genuine care and effort that is put into making our lives not just safe and also ensuring we feel supported but to making our lives genuinely fun and exciting is incredible. There is never a dull day and I wouldn't want it any other way anymore. I could not recommend the support staff from NEXTT any more highly.

Nextt is an amaising SILS service, efficient, honest, reliable and have great staff that support our Son. They go that extra mile in their caring role. Next aren't afraid to admit issues and fix them/very mature attitude I've not seen in SILs Providers before/as I said honest. I highly recomend Nextt.

I could not recommend Nextt any more highly, especially Litza and Raj since moving to Bowden. They have made the transition from the family home remarkably easy, pain free and accommodated my complex needs in a professional and caring manner.

Trust me that 1 star they don't even deserve it they treat thier staff so bad specially in the Brisbane office. If you look on seek and indeed they advertise weekly for staff because treat them like crap worst organisations I have ever worked for. And the ladies in the Brisbane office are bullies have no respect for thier staff disgusting organisation. In response to your reply thank you but no thanks I have no interest in discussing anything with anyone. And Brendan whomever he is is probably well aware of thier staff retention as a area manager he would know what's going on I mean how can he not see that they are running advertisements daily for new staff where are the ones they just hired in the last week. That was my experience and many others that I worked with that left had if not the same a similar experience. Just an FYI without your support workers your organisation is nothing stop the bullying and treat your staff better. I would name drop but.... they know who they are as they can see who has given the review..

Stars? Our experience with Nextt has been very positive. I believe there are two main reasons for this: 1) company culture/ethos; 2) quality of individual staff. Nextt seems genuinely motivated to provide good quality service to clients. That can change though, as staff change. Companies can 'go off' like bad food. They are ultimately for profit. Recruitment, retention & further development of high quality staff is therefore essential. I hope Nextt continues to value them above all else. The company does not exist independently of them. They are the company. Even senior managers merely occupy positions. We sincerely thank Nextt - specifically Mel Shubin & Joya Taher - for a great combination of business efficiency with personalised service. Please keep it up.

When a worker comes to my house, they are usually very prompt, which is very good. I seem to have a different person each time though, which means I often have to train the person as to what I need every time. If it is the same person each time then a good working relationship can be built. I also have many workers that complain to me that they don't normally do this sort of support work (house cleaning and food preparation). The sort of work I need them to do seems to be beneath them and they are unprepared to do any physical labour. Yet this is the minimum of what I need.

We cannot speak more highly of my son's fortnightly carer, Daniel. He has been with us for almost 13 years, and my son and he have a wonderful bond.

The service I have received is good in regards to the ongoing support by my individual worker who has interacted and guided me through my limitations and challenges in daily life and has experienced with me my anxieties and mood swings during our sessions.

I was with Nextt for 4 years then left the service. Came back after a couple of years and we have a few issues to get sorted out.

Marissa is marvelous in the way that she handles my cares. I have a lot of medical appointments anf rarely miss one because Marissa makes sure I have coverage. My main carers are too value to. Overall very happy about the service.
