Sep 25,2017I m very very pleased with my wedding sherwani, nehru jacket and kurta pajama for my bro and dad. The fit is good, the colour is as it is after washing too. Quality is awesome and the price is definitely right! Before I have order big size jacket but now i changed it .. return policy is so easy.

Aug 22,2017I placed this order on 4th Aug after receiving assurance by email and online chat that the order would be delivered by 12th in Delhi. I had a puja on 12th Aug despite repeated requests the order was dispatched on 19th from Mumbai. It reached me on 21st Aug. Customer agents online and receiving telephone are not helpful at all. The only time you get good support is in placing orders. Once order is placed you are trapped and do not receive any help. I had to buy another set from local market for the Puja. I placed another order this time for unstitched items. Again online chat cannot confirm the date of delivery. All they need to do is just ship. Didn't have a good experience in both my transactions and would not recommend this website to anyone. Cannot comment about quality though as I came back to Kuwait. Hope it is good.

Aug 09,2017The service from Nine colours Is pathetic!!! Because of their incompetence i have to now pay penalties for the the wrong amount on the invoice, when I have already paid for custom taxes and vat. This the second time that we have used nine colours and I did not need to pay for anything but the items and shipping. when i asked they could not provide vaild feedback on my query and when I asked for the matter to be escalated I did not receive any feedback... I am utterly disgusted with their service!!!!

Jul 25,2017i ordered 5 kids dresses its came after almost 4weeks.they send only 3items and writed me a email that they dont have other two items.no refund and they send me this link: ninecolours.com cashback policy!!!i have lost so much of money time and patient.they rip off!!cheapest materials!!!!i ll never ever buy anything in this site! please do not order in this site!!!!dont waste your money!!!!be careful!!!!!!they Does not respond to messages!!!!rubbish store!!! rubbish people!!!!

Jul 20,2017Totally dissapointed. Ordered a gorgeous looking saree. Just received it. The fabric is of poor quality and the stitching is pathetic to say the least. It is a saree that cannot be worn because it looks so ugly. I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing from this store.

Jul 18,2017My order was delivered almost 2 weeks later then estimated and they made a mistake with the measurements on the choli/blouse (lenghas were both fine) Also there were strings on the blouse on the back - that they didnt put on. So basically the outfit cant be used as the blouse cannot hold itself up without the strings and it is not in the correct measurements as given. They have been delaying the returns process by continuing to ask for pictures, eventhough I have provided several pictures. They now tell me they don't refund custom stitched products - they continue to tell me - we will revert to you within 48 hours if you have emailed us.... I would strongly advise against ordering with ninecolours due to the very poor customersupport/service that wont help you if they are late with delivery or deliver something that is not made properly...
