May 19,2018Purchased lengha from ninecolours.com - picture clearly showed lengha with skirt when item was delivered it came with pants and not skirt - when I complained they said it was not their fault! I bought this oufit for a reception and now I have to buy something else as this product is not wearable - waste of money and very disappointed- do not purchase from this site - unprofessional and unethical vendors. Look online - this vendor has a lot of negative reviews - I should have looked before I ordered!

Apr 15,2018I ordered 3 outfits from them. the quality is awful. stitching is crooked and a complete mess. looks and feels cheap. It's also missing the belt it was supposed to have. when asked, they said it's a separate order....but no way to order it. They refuse to refund me for the most disastrous piece....despite their site guaranteeing your money back if you're not satisfied. This whole thing is a scam. There are way better options available. Don't choose this site. It's not worth the hassle.

Apr 03,2018It has been more than a month and I still haven't received my item. Been emailing the company for almost two weeks and they keep on saying "within 48 hours" my item will be shipped. Last Friday they said it will be shipped in 24 hours, its Tuesday and I still haven't received a confirmation. I will have to purchase a lehenga locally as my item will not arrive on time. Thank you Ninecolours.

Mar 15,2018I signed up just to leave this review . Nine colours is a rip off. I ordered unstiched items worth nearly 100 pounds. 2items-matched the picture. But not enough material to stitch the flared skirt. But managed because it was for two 10yr olds 2 beautul lehengas-was not the picture.looka similar at first sight...But very cheap material and the embroidery , when I compared closely ,clearly was different. It gave a very cheap and gaudy look. They responded promptly to my complaint and wanted to send pictures of the problem. I was too mad to bother. There is no way it's an accident..the materials are still somewhere in a cupboard. Pleased don't even take a risk. I shop online but this was a first..Now I pay a bit more for honesty.

The designer Drasti brought her dream come True outfit. The outfit is Wow & it is beyond the expectation. My sister was so.. so.. so happy when she have seen this lehenga. I acknowledge ninecolours as they have suggested me the platform youdesign. Even the team designer are very co operative & polite while talking. In Love shopping with this team youdesign.

Feb 16,2018Sorry to say but be very careful buying as it may not arrive in time for the big day... My delivery is already very late and no indication that it will arrive before the wedding which is in two days. So a kind warning to all you brides and wedding guests out there to not count on the delivery time that is stated when you order! Their customer service has been really nice when getting back but the issue has not been resolved in any reliable way I am afraid. Will get back and change this if they manage to meet the absolute last deadline by tomorrow, not leaving me to wear jeans to my first Indian wedding. Their products may be super quality - I just didn't get them yet.

Jan 28,2018“Avoid & save your money” One of the disgusting sites to buy. The materials are the cheapest ones you can find in your local market. You should be able to find the same clothes in your local market for 1/4th of the cost. & their cashback utilization policy is the biggest trap you can find on this planet. Please avoid this site. You have plenty of other options online.

Jan 08,2018I ordered a lehenga which looked really nice on their website. However when I received the dress I was very much disappointed. The dress was completely different to the picture on the website and the quality was very poor. When i raised this, their reply was "The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values." Its waste of money and very poor quality.
