Dec 01,2023I contacted NT due to a possible problem with my account. This was quickly resolved. I was then able to discuss with customer service rep. regarding questions about how my account was set up. He quickly clarified things to me. I wish I had contacted them much sooner. He also followed up with me with additional info I will act upon. Being able to talk to a helpful, knowledgeable, and personable human, is over the top!
