Have a problem with a current account where it’s in liquidation mode only for over 3 weeks. Sent them all necessary document in a day. Haven’t heard back from them in over 3 weeks. Customer service is crap.

Hallo, ich bin mit Ninja Trader nebst Tradovate sehr zufrieden ! Der Support ist immer hilfsbereit und bemüht jedes Problem der Kunden zu lösen. Die Auszahlung funktioniert auch reibungslos. Und das eine Anmeldung ca. 2-3 Werktage dauert, ist eigentlich normal bezüglich der Sicherheit. Alles im allen ist es ein sehr guter Broker ! Grüße aus Munich/Germany
Benutze seit 15 Jahren fast nur Ninjatrader. Der Support ist schnell und kompetent. Mit Version 8 konnte ich mich jedoch nie anfreunden, das ist für mich keine Verbesserung sondern Verschlechterung. Der Datenfeed ist sehr gut, allerdings muss man wissen, dass, wenn zu viele Indikatoren auf bar close = false gesetzt sind, dies enorme Resourcen benötigt. Eine leistungsstarke Hardware ist Voraussetzung für leistungsstarkes Trading.

Terrible Customer Service. They havent replied my mails in 3 weeks. Sent them an ultimatum and gave them 24 hrs to reply otherwise I would close my account. I ended up closing my account.
Essa empresa é um golpe descarado! O suporte é extremamente atencioso apenas no momento de fazer você cair na armadilha. A maioria dos reviews positivos aqui na Trustpilot são comprados. Eu fui vítima e investi 20 dólares em USDT no endereço fornecido pelo bot. Inicialmente, o bot começou a operar e apresentar resultados, mas quando tentei sacar meu lucro, começaram os problemas. O bot informou que seria necessário desativar as operações e aguardar 12 horas para realizar o saque. Fiz tudo conforme solicitado, e foi prometido que o valor estaria na minha conta digital em até 7 dias. No quinto dia, entrei em contato com o suporte, que ignorou completamente minha solicitação, mesmo estando online. O suporte só responde às pessoas que ainda estão investindo. Após pegar o dinheiro, eles desaparecem. O mais revoltante é que conheci essa empresa por meio de um anúncio no Telegram. Após denunciar no Telegram, o valor que estava no saque foi estornado para o bot, mas ele não permitiu que eu reiniciasse as operações nem realizasse um novo saque. Ou seja, um roubo completo! Fiquem atentos! Não caiam nessa armadilha como eu. Essas plataformas devem ser denunciadas, e as autoridades precisam tomar providências contra golpes como esse.

I opened my account on 11/24 and initiated a deposit the same day which didn't clear until 11/28 at 5PM EST. There is a monthly inactivity fee if you do not place at least one trade per month. This gave me one trading day left for the month and this was black Friday(11/29, a half day for the market). I asked support if I would be charged a fee if I did not place any trades that day and they said yes it could not be avoided, but I could use my one-time fee reversal after it happened or place a trade and close it immediately. I felt this was unfair to me as I literally had a half day to place a trade, or I was forced to forfeit a one-time courtesy fee reversal because the 1st representative made it very clear that no more fees would be waived for me ever again if I did that. I really don't feel this should apply in this situation. When the deposit cleared, I got two separate emails from Ninjatrader saying my account was ready to trade and "balances have been updated". I spent about an hour and a half looking for a setup and when I went to place my order, it was rejected because my buying power was still at 0. This trade would have been a winner with the ATM bracket attached, but I missed this opportunity and still needed a trade to avoid this fee at this point. I contacted support and they contacted the order desk so,the 2nd agent (Marcus) asked me to see if I still received the same message. The only way to see if I still get this message is to trade to the live market. I have already tested the simulation function previously and it worked fine. I placed another order and closed it immediately which worked. The order that actually went through happened to go against me quickly in the short time that I was in it. I asked the support team if anything could be done for me and they said no. The reason my first winning order didn't go through is because my account wasn't set up properly by them and I was then forced to either take another trade or get charged a fee which I have to then get reversed and forfeit my ability to get any fees reversed. In my eyes, Ninjatrader made me miss a winner, then forced me to take a loser to not be put in this fee predicament. Both the agent and supervisor weren't really empathetic to my situation. The supervisor(Kieric G.) stated that "the agreement I signed clearly stated the fees", as if I expected them to charge me a monthly fee when I was given a singular half day to trade. The supervisor also told me that the agent didn't instruct me to place an order even though I do not believe this to be true. The agent told me to see if I was still getting the same message. If I tried simulation and it worked fine, I don't understand what the representative was telling me to do when he asked me to see if I still get the same message. I only got the message when sending an order to the live market, so I repeated my actions to see if I still got the same message. I have dealt with other brokers in the past and I have never been treated this poorly by any broker. The platform might be nice but Ninjatrader doesn't care about its customers and does not offer good customer support. I am even considering using a worse platform, just to get away from this broker. I have been using Ninjatrader for not even a month yet and I am disgusted. I do not recommend Ninjatrader.
I’ve bounced around platforms to platforms over the last 5 years. NT is by far the best. Very robust. Unless you’re seasoned on charts and features don’t get overwhelmed by the power at your fingertips. You’ll get it or customer service will guide you through easily and quickly from reading other reviews. I personally haven’t had to utilize support yet only because I am hard headed and think I can do it on my own. Fees are some of the best. Though I don’t concern myself to much on the trading costs as it’s a factor in the cost to do business. I guess if I held onto losing trades I might try to blame the trading fees as a reason I was blowing up my account. The chart waters are deep here…. Don’t be afraid to take the plunge. The last Futures Broker with charting tools you’ll ever need.

This was my first interaction with NT having moved from TV to try out the new platform and BOT trading. I was extremely pleased; in less then 15 minutes I had an answer and solution to try along with a helpful video in case I needed it. Clayton was respectful in the political world of the “Karens” in wishing me a happy non-binary holiday. 100% if I was still leading IT teams I would try and poach him from you for my own support teams. 5 stars and 10/10 for Clayton! Furthermore, and on the topic of NT, you have helpful videos for the less techy and what seems to be an extremely efficient helpdesk with a thorough knowledge base of knows issues and solutions that can be quickly delivered to a customer. Well done! The first interaction with a company, especially when calling for help, is often a taste test and extremely important to set the tone for how someone feels about trying a new company – this first interaction left me pissed I had tried NT first – 100% love, love, love what I am seeing so far from the great engineer interaction to the seemingly well-designed solution center. I know not every interaction will be a 10/10 as people sometimes just have a bad day and life happens and emotions sometimes get the better of a person and interactions are not stellar, but from what I have seen so far, I think most if not all interactions with NT will be superb and I feel I will be a very satisfied customer.
