Ive had an ongoing issue and was beginning to lose hope in getting any resolve in the situation. After calling several times and not getting anywhere I was lucky enough to get Sabastian to answer. On 9/21 my account got hacked and someone was able to call from a galaxy phone and get money from my account. I got the text from yall that day and was able to call and cancel that transaction as it hadnt gone out yet. Since then my account went to liquidate only. Since then I called several times trying to get my money out of that account and close it down. It doesn't seem like many people there care about their jobs as any one of them could have helped me but did not. Sebastion truly cares about his job and people that have accounts with yall and that was refreshing. It made me change the way I think about ninja trader which is a good thing.
Anytime I have an issue or question, I receive swift response and resolution. Everyone is friendly and very helpful.
I had some issue with the platform and I called the support. They were really helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get the remote support and the issues were resolved.
Marcus, provided very professional help today on a remote to my computer to fix an issue with displaying 9 charts on 2 monitors and my Windows 10 Pro Workspace network. Before contacting Ninja-Trader tech support, I had tried to get the necessary support from several other (Paid Support Contract) that I use, as I did not believe that Ninja would be willing to work on integrating with Charting software from another source. I have Ninja-Trader installed on 2 PC's running on a Windows 10 Pro Work-group. I use Ensign Software (EnsignSoftware.net) for my charts. I had previous help setting this up to integrate data feed with Ninja-Trader -- Stefen --Ninja Trader Customer Support was extraordinarily helpful and professional -- by remoting into my computer to setup the data feed to the Ensign Charts. Everything was working perfectly until today when -- I had a problem with the charts from 2 monitors displaying the charts on top of each other and after spending hours trying to remedy that I finally phoned Ninja customer support and fortunately was talking to Marcus who answered on the second ring to his office. He immediately said, "That while he had minimal experience with Charts from Ensign Software (which is not part of Ninja) --he, Marcus, would remote onto my computer and see if he could be of help. He came on my computer and identified the problem and Corrected the layout of the charts and I was again able to receive data for the charts and see the charts properly displayed on the 2 monitors. Amazing and extraordinary help by Marcus. It has been my experience that tech support from most brokers is all but impossible to obtain -- my experience with Ninja-Trader has been outstanding. Most brokers promise support but do not really have support -- in fact most rely on the broker to do the work that should be done by another dedicated tech support department. KUDOS to Ninja -- great tech support !
