The platform is robust all around and I’m a happy user. Responsive support team. One thing they don’t have that I really want is more account risk management tools such as a daily trailing account PnL stoploss lockout or an auto liq per position when reaching a certain number. This is the only place the platform is lacking. Also I would love fib fan indi. Overall though, great work. I would like to know though, why haven’t you built out your risk management settings more robustly?
Awesome and fast customer service
Pleasantly surprised. The fact of not having equities trading readily available allows me to focus on the eMini. I even closed my IB account to avoid the distraction. The speed of execution and the overall interface is great.
I love the commission prices but they are kind of canceled out by the fees paid for feeds, well everything else. But it's kind of expected. The portal seems very barebones and there should be links to all the other resources that Ninjatrader provides. The only way I've found some of these are from emails and google searches.
I work a couple of weeks a month. We start at 7 am MT and I can't trade because I don't want to put ninja on my work computer so now I have to go out and buy a laptop computer so the second key can always be with me.
I can’t get help to start trading futures I emailed over and called them to solve some problem, no answer or it likes you don’t know you are on your own. Really, I need to talk to tech support, please.
Mr. Zach Fong was the gentleman who assisted me with all of my questions and concerns and never once made me feel like there was a dumb question. Unfortunately, other brokerage firms I've dealt with lacked the care I needed as a beginner/intermediate trader and it's certainly made my 'Futures' journey discouraging. I will recommend Ninja Trader to anyone who wants to get started and their simulated account is outstanding! Thx guys!

Easy to work with. Great feedback from emails as in incredibly responsive. Wish Mac OS was supported. Wish violations were described in statements Apart from that I can’t fault it at all. The only thing I can fairly though is my current trading abilities lol but I am learning.
Overall, I am glad I opened an account with Ninjatrade. A few issues with the platform could use some work. Every now and then my chart will “freeze up” and stay like that for several minutes. I also get odd pop-up warnings every once in a while that don’t make sense?
I've been trading futures for the past 6 months using Trade Station and Trading view. Due to some 3rd Party applications I decided to switch to Ninja Trader. I had no idea how complicated the process is learning all the aspects of this platform for trading. I called this afternoon and was luck to have Lana Orlovsky answer the phone. Lana was exceptional guiding me through this maze and helping me with numerous problems I had using Ninja trader. I'm sure I will have more questions as I learn this unique way to build charts. I just hope I'm lucky enough to get Lana the next time I call for help.

I had some ninja-script compile errors, which I reported. I received several emails to assist me, and then received exceptional remote support from Jim. End result was that my issue was resolved. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank You!
