I almost never have a problem with the Ninja platform and when that happens, the support processes the request the same day and efficiently since they know their tool perfectly.

I have trouble speaking to anyone. I need help with going from live trading to demo I need help with showing my trade gains in ticks not dollars I need help submitting orders as ladder keeps moving when I want to enter stop order or move stop order

I had a problem with my platform.i couldn't add ninja scripts editor. Send a mail with all the mistakes.I get a mail back to take over the computer and have to say date and time.After he accepted.He called me on time and date,took over the computer and took out the mistakes.Now the computer is working all over again. Ninja support works very well.thank you for that.

It has a been nearly a week now and I still can not connect my FXCM account to the ninjatrader platform ! They know there is a problem but again will not sort it out ! Please save your money and dont buy this platform from this Bucket Shop company
