Jun 17,2021I ordered a Generac 14K generator and received it after several weeks on backorder. When I received it, I unpackaged and inspected per email instructions on my order. I had minor paint damage from a metal shipping clamp holding the generator to the pallet. I called the number per instructions on email and got voicemail. I took a picture and emailed my Norwall representative. After several days I received a voicemail from another representative but was unable to speak to anyone until several days and my voicemails later. I was told that since I accepted the delivery I would have to purchase touch up paint! Very disappointed with Norwall on this issue! It would have been best for all concerned to simply provide touchup paint to a repeat customer instead of returning the generator.

Norwall the best price and their kit had all the required items included. I was kept informed of my order status from purchase to delivery. I will order from them again.

Jun 15,2021Ordered my generator 8 weeks ago, still no generator.. I need badly as Im in middle of major house remodel and need this generator transfer switch to finish electric panel hook up. Called several times to get, but no help. If i knew it was going to take this long, I would have bought a Generac system.. This is rediculous.. I don't want to hear about the Covid excuse everyone uses these days.,., In eight weeks, and I could have built my own generator by scratch.. This is my second and LAST generator I will buy from you..

Jun 15,2021I had a problem ordering. I typed in what I wanted and the site said it wasn't in my cart. So I went back out and got back onto the site and secured what I wanted. The only problem was there was two generators in my cart and I couldn't go back to change it to one. It was over the holiday weekend,so I waited for Tuesday to call. I called sales and nobody would answer. Then I called accounting, the first two times I was number 8. The third time I was number two, so I waited 30 minutes until my turn came. The lady I spoke with was very nice,and took care of my problem right away. Don't know what the answer is? That's just the way it is today. You have to be patient...

Jun 11,2021I ordered a generator and exhaust kit. Only the generator was delivered. The delivery driver told me that I was only signing fir the generator snd the exhaust kit must be separate . I have called numerous times but am being told they are looking for it. Today I was told my problem because I accepted the shipment. None of the instructions were clear that it would be one package. If it was one package why did it not contain the exhaust kit. In fact the order showed on line that it was a partial shipment,

Jun 11,2021I ordered a cold weather unit for my new generator and your company wouldn't send it because my address includes a P.O. Box number. The physical street address was listed along with the box number because that is how we receive mail. As a customer ordering small items, I have no way of knowing the shipping methods your company uses, whether it's U. S. Mail or other methods. By not sending it after I talked with a stubborn company representative, I don't have the heating unit and you lost a customers faith in you.

Jun 10,2021Even though the shopping was done with our electrician's input and advise, the purchase of our generator and other related equipment was rather painless. Especially, because every product was greatly detailed. After ordering, Brittany contacted us to make sure we review our purchase order. Our electrician's input accomplished that. But our email didn't go through the first time, so Brittany reached out once more. This tells us the level of thoroughness in your customer service. Which, considering the mammoth delivery, it's better to ascertain before it. Also, you have a great selection of brands, which provides for a range of choice.

Jun 09,2021after he unit was installed they could not program it, and the customer service referred the electrician to two location in the area, both said they only deal with the engine itself and not programming. Very disappointed in the level of knowledge your technical support has. to date it is not programmed to auto start.

Jun 06,2021Norwall has a great Internet site. It is comprehensive with good information on each generator. There are subtle differences between a standard generator engine and an industrial generator engine which could be better explained. Overall it was quite easy to read about each generator and select one that would cover standby needs.
