Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.
I believe it is utterly ridiculous to review a product before you actually receive said product or about the company selling you the product. At this point the company just collected my payment and confirmed payment. No other guidance or any updates at all have been sent to me and payment information should of been easier. 2.5 stars at this point could actually go a lot higher with some updates and delivery of unit.

We will not get our generator for 4 months if it comes in then so I was wondering why this item takes so long
great service from Norwall directly, obvious delays in shipping these days, but multiple trucking companies brings multiple delivery issues.
They advertise free shipping then call you a few days later to let you know that it really isn't free shipping, so add $50.00 to your order, found the same product at another vendor at a cheaper price and they did honor free shipping.
We were very pleased with this product and promise to keep your company in mind for future products. Thank you so much. Delivery was great and product was in excellent condition as well.
I bought oil filters for a Generac Generator from Norwall Power Systems that were a good price and the transaction was hassle free.
A couple of years we bought our home generator from Norwall and we were very satisfied. The purchase and delivery were flawless. We gave our son a home generator as a gift and again went to Norwall. The transaction was flawless and we have no reason to think the delivery will be otherwise.
I was told the 5500 generator was 24 weeks to ship . The 4000 generator was 6-8 weeks to ship . I decided to order the 4000 series because I couldn’t wait 6 months for my preferred 5500 generator. Now my 4000 series has shipped within 10days . Good but I wanted the 5500 generator. False information. Maybe the 5500 Would ship early also .
I called the toll free number and a gentleman by the name of Daniel answered. He was very knowledgeable on the generator that I was needing information on. Daniel was not pushy and was very understanding as to what I was asking. At the end of our conversation which was very positive. Daniel gave me his extension number (215). After I placed my order I was having some difficulty. I contacted Daniel and left a message for him to call me back. Within minutes he called me back and my problem was resolved. Thanks And especially thanks to Daniel.
Ordered a generator and paid via e-check for the discount. They ask immediately to submit copy of voided check and ID to process the check, which I did. Then I get an email the next day saying they are missing my voided check and ID and can’t process my order. So, then I called. Got someone on the phone who got someone else to do some digging through the emails and then told me they found it and all was good...so I thought. A week later, I get another email saying they are still missing my voided check and ID, and I also received a phone call from the business office person that processes these who tells me the same thing. At this point I’m mad. You say that you didn’t receive it the week prior, but after I called, you found my email. Then, a week later you tell you didn’t receive it yet again. So, this time I stay on the phone until I make sure they have my email, which they did, and processed it on the spot. I don’t know what the organization of the business office is, but someone needs to get a system together to make that office run in a more organized and efficient manner. My personal ID and check with my account numbers are floating around over there and apparently can’t be kept up with. That is very concerning considering it is my personal information. Get it together over there.
I purchased the Onan 4500i and it was delivered in early April (April 12th) later in the evening. It was left on the porch upside down with clear visible damage to the box. UPS didn't ask for a signature as stated in Norwall's long delivery policy so the shipment couldn't be rejected. I unpacked it and there was damage to the generator itself. I contacted Norwall the next day and included pictures. After a couple of days, I hadn't heard anything so I emailed someone else. She (Brittany) stated that her supervisor was aware and handling it and was going to let her know I was inquiring. She (Sharon) emailed me stating that she was going to be working with UPS to get the issue resolved. Absolute silence for over a month now. Only the one person (Brittany) will respond to my emails but she hasn't gotten back with me like she said in a week. So I have a $1250 busted never used generator that I guess I will fix myself. All this to say, I would absolutely not recommend this company and for you to do yourself a favor and go to the store and pick one up yourself. Or at least use a company that you know to have a reputable and reliable customer service department.

I ordered the Cummings 4500 remote start and it was delivered in a timely manner and damage free. My only concern was with the manufacturer, the positive battery connector was missing. It was a metric bolt and I had to locate one myself. The generator runs great and preforms as described. I am very happy with the unit and recommended it to others.
I am pleased that Norwall PowerSystems expiceted my my champion dual fuel 2500 generator and my billing was off,but Sharon was very helpful and corrected it quickly..thankyou Wes

WE HAVING LOTS OF TROUBLE FINDING A 30 AMP TWIST LOCK TO RV ADAPTER. OTHER WISE ITS VERY GOOD
Pretty rude employees, not helpful at all. Definitely do not buy from them. Not setup to deal with contractors. The lady I dealt with gave me lots of attitude after I tried to (calmly and respectfully) explain the non-taxable situation to her. She advised me to “just cancel your order then and order it somewhere else”. So I did… I guess they don’t like selling generators.

Jun 01,2021Hello I am wondering how soon I may be receiving my generator. Also I had bought one from another company it was crated so poorly that it was crushed and I had to decline the shipment which I am sure was not a god thing for everyone. Please make sure the item is crated correctly it is an over 4,000.00 item and should be. The delivery would be a lot easier with a truck that is not a semi tractor trailer and needs to have a lift gate. Thank you. -- By the way it has been a while since I ordered it.
