We have 1,000's of standby generators, portable generators, automatic transfer switches and replacement parts in stock in multiple warehouses throughout the US.
Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.

Jul 02,2021All staff have horrible attitude, mostly Sharon. She was rude and snippy when all I was trying to do was ask a question about battery placement in a generator that I had ordered from then. I tried to converse with the president Chris Hertsch or even Kym Hertsch, but no returned call or returned email. They have tons of bad reviews - stay away from this bad company.

Jun 30,2021Well Norwall so far has been good in their communication but unfortunately we have had our differences of opinion because of their raising of their shipping rate after you have purchased so beware of that. Other than that I won't have any other comments because Norwall is way behind on orders and mine has not even shipped yet. So it is a wait and see how that goes .

Jun 25,2021I bought a generator from Norwall for Fathers Day. It did arrive in good condition. We opened up and added all the necessary fuels. It did not start by either the remote or the pull. Nothing. My husband has had several generators so was very familiar with what to do but it was not to be. It did not work. I called Customer Service and explained what happened and was told I needed to speak to a manager. The manager came on and I explained that the unit did not work and that I wanted to send it back. She told me to call the manufacturer because it is under warranty then hung up on me. Don't order anything from this company.

Jul 12,2021I ordered the 50amp, 50’ generator cord from Norwall. Once the order was received and processed, it only took a week to get. I am pleased with the quickness of the order and it is exactly what I ordered. I do wish there was an option to have different plugs on the end, but it was easy to switch out. I have and hope to never have to use it here in Florida!
