Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.

I DID MAKE A CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE LADY I TALKED WITH WAS VERY POLITE AND INFORMED AND HANDLED MY SITUATION VERY EASILY. I HAVE USED GENERAC GENERATORS BEFORE AND KNOW THE QUALITY AND THAT IS WHY I ORDERED ANOTHER ONE. THANK YOU.

Aug 10,2021Shipping is quite easy to quote with a zip code. I do it frequently and have never had an issue. It was recommended I go through you and was told how it would ship. When I got a bill for an extra $75 I canceled the order and found a different site who shipped the same courier and the product showed up 4 days later no extra charge for shipping. If you do not have the item in stock it would be wise to say so when customers place an order and have an accurate shipping quote so customers don’t have a surprise bill four days later.

Norwall has been good to update on orders and on one occasion changed an order to accommodate a customer. Thanks for your help. My experience with Norwall has been very professional. Jul 31,2021We found it quite easy to navigate Norwalls website, as well as getting in touch with their customer service. There stock and prices were also amazing. An RV dealer claimed we would never find the generator required for our rig, and if we did it would be super expensive. Within a day we found it through Norwall and much less expensive.

Jul 28,2021When this generator was ordered it said it would ship in 8 wks, it took 16 weeks! It was delivered by R&L, we were suppose to get a call to set up delivery date, we just happen to be home today @ 5:30 pm & truck showed up! Pallet was all busted up, box was torn but product had no scratches or marks of any kind. I accepted delivery but wouldn’t recommend R&L for future deliveries!

Jul 27,2021The pandemic and bad weather the generator I ordered in March was back-ordered. At first I had trouble getting a response from customer service, i chalked that up to being overwhelmed with calls like mine trying to find out when they expected shipment. When i did get a live rep they were very helpful, unfortunately my generator was not expected until August. When the Generator was finally available for shipment customer service sent an update telling me the time line and when my card would be charged. I received a tracking number as soon as it shipped. and the Generator was packaged in a way that it was able to make it through two trucking companies. I just physically received the generator yesterday and look forward to getting it installed and using the rest of the summer.
